Master Don Juan
I have come to realize that the ideal height for a male is between 5'7 and 5'10.
This may come as a blessed surprise for a lot of you "shorter" guys out there always complaining about their height.
My personal height is 5'8. Why do I say this is an ideal height? First off, its a lot easier on your bones. You don't have to duck under stuff and constantly bend over while performing certain activites. Second, your better able to lift up stuff! Take squats, for example. Once a guy gets past 5'10, it starts becoming pretty damn hard for him to get into that heavy squat position. But take someone like Lee Priest...Hell they can squat for hours without any problems.
Of course, I am not saying that a height below 5'8 is widely admired in our society. Its pretty obvious that taller people will get more glances from the opposite gender just because they carry that whole "alpha male" aura. However, what I am not trying to say is that being below six foot is generally easier on the body overall.
So all you short guys stop complaining!
