developing LTR
feeling good about life
relieving stress
getting friends
being more of a "man"
about 100 other things.
I think half of our "girl" issues go away.
I say for every minute you're thinking about, openers, opening sets, why she didn't answer your text, etc..
you should be spending 10 minutes thinking about eating right and getting ripped. 10:1 ratio sounds about right.
