5 seconds with google will get a link to the study, which is done by the National Center for Health Statistics and the summary states median 4 and median 7, women and men respectively. To come up with your broken-ass argument, one would have to assume the good people at the National Center for Health Statistics hired a bunch of scientists whose grasp of math is worse than a bright fifth grader to do the analysis. Then those idiots published a paper for peer review with horribly broken math.
If that seems likely to one, then I'd say one is of diminished mental capacity.
There have been some solid arguments against the numbers but yours was not one of that group.
