I think the last time I took zinc directly was when I was a teenager. I'll give it a go again maybe but this CPAP has changed everything, prescribed by the NHS.I don't know if you've tried taking Zinc before you sleep but that usually helps. Plus it gives you harder erections.
ZMA only helps T levels of you are deficient in those nutrients...but many people are. Still the boost is not that big.I'm using ZMA, not sure it gives that much of a test boost but i sleep so well on it

Very likely have sleep apnea...it's not a joke. Sleep Apnea isn't always caused by being overweight although it is a common reason...in my case it's because my esophagus opening is too small for the size of my neck according to my doctor...If you wake yourself up from snoring then I'm going to say that you definitely have sleep apnea.
With that said, I used to have it too(for around 6 months) but no longer have it. Experimenting with sleep schedules, exercise routines, nutrition, types of pillow/mattresses combinations can sometimes solve this issue.
