Moving forward, getting on a CPAP machine has helped improve my quality of sleep and recovery.
I don't know if you've tried taking Zinc before you sleep but that usually helps. Plus it gives you harder erections.

I think the last time I took zinc directly was when I was a teenager. I'll give it a go again maybe but this CPAP has changed everything, prescribed by the NHS.

I'm using ZMA, not sure it gives that much of a test boost but i sleep so well on it
ZMA only helps T levels of you are deficient in those nutrients...but many people are. Still the boost is not that big.

There is only one way and one way only to boost T levels significantly via "supplementation" and that is to actually take real Testosterone. Everything else is simply a bill of goods being sold to you at a huge premium.

The fact of the matter is there are 2 things that you could easily do that will boost your T 20x more than any supplement.

1) Sleep 8 hours a night every night
2) Don't eat processed foods/sugars

Did you find that you were tossing and turning throughout the night? I'm wondering if my constant waking up/tossing and turning is sleep apnea related.
Yes, most definitely all night I was.

Don't bother with supplements that claim to boost T levels. I haven't read all the posts but have you had your T levels checked? Best ways to raise T is to 1)lift weights. (body releases and makes more T within 15 minutes of workout. 2) Refraining from smoking weed and consuming alcohol. 3) proper diet, 4) proper sleep. (T levels raise during sleep, ala morning wood). 5) Don't carry phone in your pocket. (The emf is going right to testicles. Same with laptop) 6) Use natural deodorants, shampoo, soaps etc. These have hormone disruptors and tend to raise estrogen levels. 7) Sunlight exposure. If you are doing all of that and T levels are still low then you need TRT most likely. 30 year old men are producing up to 30% less T then their fathers at same age because of many factors. Also, actual testosterone is cheaper than supplements claiming to raise T.

Do you feel tired when you wake up everyday?
Has anyone told you that you snore?

Those are usually the most common symptoms.

You need to schedule a sleep study to be sure tho

Yeah I wake up tired. I know for sure that I snore. I've woke myself up from snoring haha. I'm pretty sure I have sleep apnea.

Very likely have sleep apnea...it's not a joke. It's a killer if not treated...leads to heart disease, high blood pressure and metabolic disorders that lead to weight gain and obesity/diabetes.

Take it very seriously and get a sleep study done. It was the best thing I ever did for my health.

If you wake yourself up from snoring then I'm going to say that you definitely have sleep apnea.

With that said, I used to have it too(for around 6 months) but no longer have it. Experimenting with sleep schedules, exercise routines, nutrition, types of pillow/mattresses combinations can sometimes solve this issue.

Sleep Apnea isn't always caused by being overweight although it is a common reason...in my case it's because my esophagus opening is too small for the size of my neck according to my doctor...

In fact when I was diagnosed I was in exceptional shape...175 lbs and under 10% BF

I never said anything about being overweight. When I had my sleep apnea, I was in great shape.
