Have you ever noticed how woman are always trying too lose weight, because they don't feel attractive unless they are skinny?, and don't it seem slighty funny cause most guys prefer a woman with a bit of fat on them.

The reason why woman have a safe limit of around 17% to 24% body fat and Men have theirs at around 12% to 20% (as you get older these figures change) , is because it's Human nature for a Woman too be fatter than Men.. That also explains why alot of Woman within that range are more attractive too ones much below or higher.

The same rules apply too Men.

Look at Pooks thread about skinny guys, he says they should bulk up, and that is partually true. but not entirely... go back too when Men were as you say Alpha males,.. the most Alpha males would be strong and lean because they were fit, strong, good hunters, good fighters and they were able too provide more food for themselves than other males, thus more protein which would equal more lean muscle,.. a cycle if you like the strongest naturally born or the most skilled would get the food thus getting stronger and leaner..... This is why Females are attracted too muscles, because it's displays traits of being able too provide food, protect her etc.

It's natural for them too,.. even if a woman says she "doesn't like muscly guys" it's because

a) They see them as posers / Jerks in a sense who loves themselves too much.

b) "Strong" men they've met are bulked up with high body fat (i.e feminine qualities).

c) They don't feel they are good enough for them.

.. or a number or other less common reasons.

Now think about all the sexiest guys in the world :p lol not in a gay way... i.e brad pitt , jude whats his name lol ... look at pics of them of somit,... would you describe any of them as muscley ? yes .... ok, then would you describe them as skinny ? er no well yes actually sort of .

That is the difference between "lean" Skinny guys and "Boney" skinny guys.... lean skinny guys you wouldn't call skinny they look normal, clothes fit them well and they don't have bones sticking out every where lol.

These are the qualities thats females are most attracted too a guy who has a defined jaw line and "chiseled" cheek bones, yet lean not skinny. because of the reasons I mentioned above.

I hope that helps, it is a hot tip and I do know what i'm talking about although I got lost in there somewhere lol so I hope it all makes sense, cause I never planned it out.

Yes, this is so simple, that I could not believe it!!!

For example look at these two faces:
before workout:

4 months later:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/cpfront4.jpg

main page:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/charlie.htm

At first picture he looks like a dork, but four months later he is HOT!!!

And a million dollar question: Do you think he is more succesful with women now? :p

Think about it - you see a girl with tight ass, nice breasts and something happens inside of you. Guess what - girls react to a hot man in similar way.

But don't think it is just about muscle. It is your whole perception of the world and interaction with people that is changed. It is about dominance and confidence. Just read all Pooks articles ("Be a Man" - this one necessary) and the rest of the bible.

I didn't know you could get a defined jawline and chiselled cheekbone through weight training. How the hell would picking weights give you this?

Hmm... I'm muscular in my upper body, even though all I do is cycle to school and back every day (at the highest speed I can ride at, for about 20 minutes, twice a day).
I've never really worked out or anything, because I simply didn't see the need to. Every single time I excercise just one night, my muscles grow quite a bit, but I just find it too boring to it regularly.

You guys think I should get over the boringness and just excercise anyway? Or should I just spend my time on things more worth doing?

yep thats right. But not everyone has a good looking jawline (those of typical models), but hey once u lose that weight, it'll almost be like a surprise to see what jawline u get!

one of my skinny friends, he looks awful with short hair cause he has a rounded face. this winter he grew his hair long to cover his face, and i have to admit including everyone else that he looks better that way.

While training for example biceps mussles, you are training also face mussles. Look at the mirror while doing exercises! Then do cutting and you'll be surprised!

I-am-someone: you have to pump some iron. Biking is a cardio.
Boring? You are just lazy. No pain, no game!

those pics are not the same person, not only would that change take more then 4 months and include getting a very heavy tan, just look at his face, the features like his nose are diffrent and his hair colour has changed.

as for the original post, i have 1 comment which is although i think you are along the right lines. When you say that in primative times the alpha male was always more muscly, that is an asumption, ever thought maybe he wasnt, maybe he was just well cut like brad pitt, but not like a bodybuilder. Why would eveloution, and survival of the fittest work to make him like a body builder when too much muslce will make survival harder for you, it will mean you NEED more food and you can not run as fast, all you have is stregnth not speed.

with this in mind dont you think that the well cut fit guy will be more suited to survive then a body builder.

That picture is true. I lost about 60 lbs this year and my facial structure has completely changed. It looked more rounded but now my facial structure looks completely different.

Don't speak about this stuff if you have no idea what the hell you are talking about. People look different after losing weight and people do change in a short amount of time if their diet is good and work their asses off in the gym.

Your facial structure changes because you got more testosterone pumping through you. Testosterone and Growth Hormones can and have changed facial structures to appear more man-like. A round soft face just screams estrogen because its soft to the touch and has water retention, two telltale signs of Estrogen. I'm not saying run out and do a cycle of Testosterone Enthalate but eat lots of protein, kick ass in the gym, gets lots of sleep (8+ hours) and your facial structure could change eventually for you.

I do however agree, the first and the second picture are enormously different.

There's not a doubt in my mind you can change this much as I have seen it happen. The change that is described there would however have to be achieved through other means than "just" excercising - the human body just isn't capable of making that big of a switch in such a short period of time.

I have seen someone undergo a change similar to this. He took about 25 pills 4 times a day and was almost constantly excercising, skipping most of his classes so he could excercise. After only a few weeks his body began to cave in and he lost all his energy due to a severe burn-out, causing him to lose a lot of his newly acquired muscle tissue in the months that followed. I still see him regularly, he's still very muscular and he still excercises several times a week, but he was unable to excercise or do anything but sit on his ass and mope for 9 months after that burnout.

Don't do stuff like this, I believe it's damaging and unnatural.

I wrote all that post quickly cause I was in a hurry that day, so it might not all make sense.

That is exactly what I was saying like bradd pitt .... proper bodybuilding has only been around for like what 100? years... I'm talking about natural muscle you are either born with or you have got through labour ( :) although training will get you there If u ain't lucky in that way ) ... I'm saying being the "skinny guy" with good lean natural muscle and defined facal features is the most naturally attractive too females.

.... As for the how does bodybuilding improve facial features/bones?... it don't,.. you just lose fat which revels them and also some lots of bodybuilders use stelroids which thins the skin,.. that guy in the pic is ripped :S but his facial bones are pretty crap tbh...lol the trasformation is hard too believe aswell (he never bodybuilt before? and suddenly in 8 weeks he adds all that muscle and then loses all that fat in 8 weeks :S )

let me say it again in simple terms...

Having cut and defined facial features (jaw / cheek bones) while not looking like your a skinny **** (i.e having a good bit of lean muscle, not loads just a high natural amount).. is the key too bein the most attractive you can be.

The facial features are really important,.. if you are average weight its a must that you don't settle for being normal and cut right down .... working out well improve your facial features abit because of the increase of tetestorone It gives you, you can't change what your born with though..having low body fat will make you look more of a man.

btw, since we're on the topic of jaw lines and facial structure i'd like to add that -

studies have shown women respond well to men with a strong well-defined chiseld jawline/ facial structure for STR's or one night stands

and on the opposite end, women respond well to the well rounded faced man for a LTR...such as doing the job of being a provider and protecting children

odd but it makes sense

Girls like guys that:

- Have an inner aura, guys that transmit how much they love living, how much fun they have, how great is being around them.
- Pretty guys, good body, good face.
- Famous/star/rich guys, guys that make them fantasise.

If you have one of these 3 qualities, you will succeed with women.

Look, you don't want to be over overburnt. Train smartly - one part of the body once a week. Be in fitness at most four times a week - not more! Eat real food, drink lots of water. Don't use hormones. Write down what you eat and calculate callories, and make sure you get proper ratios of carbs, proteins and fat.

The guy on those pictures is extreme, but you can get very far if you are commited enough.

For others: Look, it is simple. It is just action and reaction. You see a hot girl and you go: WOW. Girls do it just as we do.

Looks certainly help, and a man should make the most of what he has by keeping healthy, dressing well, having good hygiene, etc. But overall I think attitude has a bigger affect in success with women, and working on that should be a bigger focus than working out. To make a transformation like that Charlie guy requires a major commitment, and to be perfectly honest you could be doing a lot more fun things over those 12 weeks than just working out like crazy.

Life is about balance, so don't go nuts on any one part of your life to the detriment of others (including women!)

Also take it from me that trying to "perfect" oneself before even trying to improve ones skills with women is not wise. I wasted many years with this mindset. Years I could have been having a lot of fun with women. While I still strive to improve myself, I'm not putting my life on hold until I reach some ideal I have in my mind.
