this thread is my opinion. it dont matter if ppl take it to the heart or just laugh at it. honestly it makes no difference to me. of course my opnion doesnt effect you. but it might effect the next person who opens this thread.BluEyes said:Yes, exactly! Until, on one fateful morning, they wake up and realize that they in fact don't need so suave. We are learning that everything we do and all the "advice" we glean from these forums are things that we can do on our own. But no one can teach us this. You coming in here fresh off an epiphany of your own won't change anything. People learn at their own speed. For all that people can teach on here, we cannot teach independance. Independance comes from first-hand learning. So all you're doing on here is venting, anger is it? , at people who are still learning.
The fat dude at McDonalds who wants a six-pack will one day learn ON HIS OWN, despite whatever people tell him, that to get a sixpack you have to eat cleanly. Only then will he change.
If you understand people as you said you do, you would know that we are creatures of curiosity. If somebody tells us "Don't eat McDonalds if you want a six-pack!!" guess what Mr.Curiosity will go do? He'll go to McDonalds, sure in his own mind that he will be able to prevail against all odds. Finally when he sees FOR HIMSELF that what he's doing is wrong, he'll change his ways.
My point in a nutsack: People mature at their own pace, telling a learner not to ask dumb questions and do dumb things is like telling a drowning man that the way to survive is to stop thrashing. THEY JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND YET.
So drop it.
edit: p.s.
Uhh .. How about in the first line of this thread, and your signature? "sosuave is done, its garbage."
that's a start.
and no i will not drop it. this is my opinion and i back my sh1t up and i stick to it.
if one guy can learn from this thread or even get motivated then im more than happy. i've done my job.
my opnion can be right OR wrong in your own eyes. but it can also make you rethink about your own opnion, and to some thats a relief.
