It's absurd for The Edge to frown upon the dreams of others when he has never experienced those dreams. He should not use his inability to keep a relationship exciting as a reason for others to avoid LTR relationships.

Exactly. I think a DJ would see it as a great challenge to undertake, and The Edge should respect "marriage DJ's" for it. Hopefully Bungo Pony and PanzerGrenadier, two "marriage DJ's" will take the challenge and do as any good DJ would: enjoy it!

I defy you or anyone else to prove that I have sought to thrust my religious or moral views down anyone else's throat on this forum. If I advise someone to marry before sex, it does not follow that I am couching the advice within a wholly moral context, for I believe this is not the site for religious debate. There are many practical benefits of marriage, in my view, that are worthy reasons in their own right to commend marriage. Never once on this forum did I play the moral card on the issue. However, never once would a person like you countenance that possibility, as your cycnical hostility to morality and Christianity would not permit it.
In closing, I have no intention of embarking on a moral crusade to foist my convictions on anyone on this forum. By the same token, you should hold your peace on the subject of morality also. I abhor your morals and you abhor mine. I can live with that if you can.

You just read in a whole litany of arrogant assumptions because you abhor the morality of Christians. I think there's certainly a great deal of truth in Edge's post, but at the same time, I can see where some of the opposing views are coming from.
Personally, for me, it depends on the girl. For me, there's those girls that you just wanna bang on the spot, and then never see her again (a.k.a. the infamous and time-honoured tradition of the 'hit and run'

As Usual Edge is tellin it like it is. This site isn't designed to give all of us players passes or give us a significant "edge" if you will over women. It's just a means to an end where more of us can try to understand why we suceed or why we fail through the method of forum communication. More of us, including myself, need to focus on improvement and understanding rather then attempting to beome playersupreme's which, lets face it will never happen. Cocidering the cold streak I've been on personally the last few times I've gone out, I've only mentioned the positive occurences that have happened by me, and I must say my sucess rate in close comparison to the number of times I've gone out, has minimal correlation. Sure I've been having a good time but I'm not "I the zone" lady killer right now. Have I mentioned or even asked why I've been on a ****ty cold streak? NO, not even once. Is it an ego thing? probably and by not I should have learned to put my ego aside and deal with the reality of the situaions as they are instead of writing them off completely or not disclosing them so I could get some assistance. I have ideas as to why I've been doing so poorly but my ideas and the ideas of rest of you may be different and I could possibly learn from what all of you have to say. I'm about 90% sure I'm not the only guy who's done this in the past or is currently doing it now. Don't kid yourselves fellas, the only way we'll each get better at whatever it is we're trying to do is to be honest with one another and have PRODUCTIVE dialogues. Lifeless banter back and forth about how much of the man we are isn't helping anybody and if you think there aren't a great deal of girls out there doing the same thing right back to us, this is a wake up call. Girls are and can be 10 times the players men are or think they are. I know I live with one and If I had half the game she does I'd be a much much happier man.

Edge has taken what someone else said and used it against me as a generalisation(I realise that I have done this too, but I am not doing to be malicious).....this is where I saw a little bitterness creep in.
He then retreated by further flaming me because he had no intelligent response to what I had to say again. Not all men are ar$eholes, and not all women are $luts. Some of you need to learn that you need to take people as individuals and drop the "us Vs. them" mentality.

This thread is an attempt to justify communication inadequacies. It's pathetic.
If more people seek to not establish an LTR then this would be a more messed up world simply because children won't feel secure when they are brought up in an environment that is saturated with unstable reationships/weak bonds. A child will be filled with anger and not feel important when s/he sees his/her father show no respect towards his/her mother.
If you wish to live to fvck and cut relationship short then you should do the world a favor, don't have any children...your genes doesn't deserve to be spread...don't bring any dysfuncional people into the world.

Good Post Edge. I concur.. When I first showed up here it seemed like a bunch of politiking going on and very little real game in the area of women.
I showed up claiming 8 women on my team and got shunned for oh so a blasphemous thing. I wonder if people know the real reason we are allowed only 1 women, 1 wife? A long time ago the kings and the church got together and decreed this so that the kings could have access to a larger harem. Now we have men seeking LTR with just one woman.
