i feel really drained after that and i've got a headache too, but **** it cuz most folk don't escape from their comfortable little lives.

"About 36" around... they look rather small in the mirror, but I compared them to a nearby oak and we had the same lenght around." well he almost told me this before :p

i did a 111kg * 8 rep leg curl last week (end of page3). this week i was takin it easy :p

You really must post some pic of your hamstrings man, I bet they are so big so they drop to the ground when you do not flex them.

really? wehay!!! yeh, my back can take at least another 10kg, but my forearms are fvcking weak - not too bad though; i used to only be able to lift 60kg. ha! i'm warming up with that kind of weight now :D

Ben do me a massive favour and write me out a deadlift routine for next week, and a bench routine. I 1 rep max on 100kg, but I had a spotter, I will be training alone.

PRetty darn good deadlifts solid. 125 at your weight is almost the double!

I have only been deadlifting for about 4 weeks, another 3, and I'm sure I'll be at 150kg. It jus feels so comfortable performing deadlifts. I'm sure if ben can give me a few routines I'll be a serious power house deadlifting :D 3-4 weeks as well I hope I can get squating easily at 90-100kg. I need to get that squat stronger than my 100kg bench!
