Very true. The idea of training is to train as frequently as possible, as far as your recovery allows. Therefore, if you can get away with squatting 3x a week, you should fvcking well do it. Blinkwatt cares. He's the one that gets very insecure when I point it out. His advice is crap, and it can very well be demonstrated by his experience it's bad. If he wants to be cut, he needs to learn to shut the hell up about lifting weights. Getting cut is a diet tactic and lifting weights is pretty much irrelevant. Let him stick to giving diet advice, but even the diet advice I've seen him give was complete vague, easily regurgitated crap, like "eat lots of protein" <<< Very stellar advice. lol.Who cares? Actually rock climbing works your entire body and is some of the best excersise I have ever gotten. I have never been in better shape than when I'm in heavy climbing phases.

I eat a lot, more than some of my bigger friends, and still I'm skinny. I tend to eat healthier than them too. They'll eat Mcdonalds sometimes, and other stuff like that. Where I give in is snacks. I often get a snack towards the end of school, usually candy or microwaveable food. What something healthy I can buy at walgreens, that would be good for a cheap snack afterschool?
