Wats up everybody.just wanted to say i am new to this site,Its pretty cool. I am a mission to be good with the ladies,and the first thing i said to myself is i need to get in shape and have a goal to get fit and get my six pack. I hit the gym about 3 times a week. I do 30 min of running and i work on my chest,legs and back, for an hour and then go home and i havent seen no decrease in fat around my stomach, ive been doing this for 2 months. I just need your advice on getting a six pack.By the way i am 5'9, 170 pounds.
