why's the squats so low.. you say you can pull out 4x110.. that's like 90x8 ATTG.

it doesnt work like that with my legs apparently. It destroyed me!

exaggerated language to draw attention on oneself!! read my thread for more examples......destroyed demolished....nearly dead....on the border to heaven etcetc

after my last deathlift set i already spitted some game at petrus to let me in the golden heavensdoor....till i heard the voice of my training partner screaming "double we need you here!! dont go away you still have so much weight to lift!!!come back to us!!"

Nothing groundbreaking this week.

repping 90k on the bench.

doing sets of deads on 110k...

arms are over 15" now, which is pritty gd

did some squats today, did 70k, nothing worth typing out in detail.

I might go for 95kg monday on the bench. The goal is repping in the hundreds for squats and bench.

good goal bro.

My goal right now is something I call the "18-wheeler"

4 wheels on deads for reps,
3 wheels on bench for reps,
2 wheels for a widowmaker.

haha :)

bench 5 sets of 95kg for 4 reps. 100kg next week maybe for my powerlifting routine finally?

sparring 8 rounds

I'm going easy on the weights this week and very hard next week.

thats weird coz my bicep is like 14" when i flex and im only benching about 55kg!

my arms look kinda small when not flexed but when they are flexed (even if im holding a drink - so arm is at 90 degrees) they look big! weird.

your arms would be max 13" if you had the same bf level as solid. and 2inches are a huge difference.
