Started taking a beet root supplement recently. Noticed the effects on day two. 2 hours after taking the 2 capsules as directed. I felt a slight tingle through out the body. Had a good upper body workout. Didn't notice increase of pump or energy yet. There was very little muscle soreness post workout.

Noticed effects in the loins. Increased blood flow and intensity. Seems I respond well to beet root. Worried about kidney stones/gall stones from prolonged use. Would like to use it daily as it seems to kick in nicely. I plan on saving it for strategic uses.

Does anyone have experience with Beet Root, Maca, Ashwaganda, Ginseng, Deer Antler, etc? Please share your results with regards to exercise, strength, recovery, cognition, libido, EQ, etc.

Just take Betaine instead, 2g prior to workout...can get it in the form of a powder. Essentially it's the extract of the active ingredient in the Beet Root.

Name a supplement, and I've taken it.

95% of them don't do anything, but the 5% that do work, work.

If you are only asking about herbal supplements specifically, most of them don't do anything, but there are a few legitimate ones. I did try beet root powder; someone gave me some as a gift once, and it felt similar to citrulline/arginine, useful for workouts but nothing too significant. Ashwagandha was very beneificial for me, specifically stress reduction, and it's of the most well-researched and effective herbal supplements out there.

Only other herbal supplements that I've found useful was kava/kanna for mood enhancement & anxiety reduction, St Johns Wort for depression, and Fadogia Agrestis/Tongkat Ali for testosterone.

Btw there's no such thing as EQ.

One important caveat is that if you are taking things that have studies done on them, you need to ensure you are taking the same brand and dosage used in the study.

That usually eliminates 90% of the people who are taking things as the quality differential between many of these supplements ranges from very good to garbage with most being garbage unless it's properly standardized under stringent controls to contain active ingredients in the proper doses.

And I would also say that many of these work in some people and not in others. Which is what you see in the studies as well. Why is that? Likely due to many factors, but in large part genetics and enzymes.

CBD hemp plants can make some amazing medicines, especially if you grow your own and extract it yourself. The top part of the plant makes pain relief topicals and the root makes a balm that heals wounds faster than anything I have ever seen. I stopped selling it when the FDA starting fining cbd companies out of existence for misleading theoretical people they invented. If you make a great medicine, you better be quiet about it or the FDA is coming for you.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Erection Quality.... not sure where you are in the game (I myself am in later stages). EQ is a thing... and I am achieving better EQ than I had 3 months ago by beginning PE and supplementing with Black Maca and the Beet root.

When you were a young man, were you ever amazed by having an incredible boner? Maybe with a new partner, or an exciting situation?

I am telling you those 100% EQ can be obtained and even improved on.
As a self proclaimed wankster in my youth, my EQ would fluctuate between 70-90% of the 100% boner my teenage GF gave me.

Now I am back at 100% EQ potentially even surpassing it with PE and my loving partner that helps me over achieve!

love me Ganga too much. Certain Sativa's are an aphrodisiac for me and my partners.
trying to reduce combustible consumption and go strictly edible. Need to save the lungs and vaso systems for better fitness and EQ.

Nobody who is serious about their health imbibes to this extent.

Essentially you are a weedoholic and just like being an alcoholic, too much is too much no matter how "good" something is.

The most necessary thing on earth for life, water, can even kill you if you drink too much of it.
