As its the weekend im off the gym and only working on eating.
My diet is completely unstructured however I always make sure to get my 6 meals in a day!
Note: 3 of these meals are protein shakes with about 65g protein in them each, which obviously is a fair amount of protein.
I eat 3 other fairly large meals if I can with lots of meat.. to be honest I do try cut down on my carbs tho as I am starting to put on a little fat!
Heres whats I had today:
Meal one: cereal plus protein shake (3 scoops)
Meal 2 : Large beefburger with bacon
Meal 3 3 scoops of Protein
Meal 4 Peppered steak beget and chips
Meal 5 1 1/2 free range chickens in tortilla wrap with chille sauce (awesome)
Meal 6 3 scoops of protein
