I have been placed in a department that is all female except for me.
I have no sexual interest in any of them. This post is about women in the workplace in general.
When my coworkers realized I’m not some sweet pushover they can boss around, they seemed confused.
It’s like some of them view my non-compliance to their unauthorized demands as a form of harassment.
Can anyone recommend any books or sites that address the issue of dealing with women in the workplace?
Or perhaps someone has a similar experience they can share and how they overcame this obstacle…
I find the female hive-mind to be particularly tiresome, especially at work.
Thankfully this job is only part-time and temporary, but dealing with teams of women in the workplace is definitely a skill I should improve upon.
