1st. does the proteins you eat before your workout have any use in building muscles? how long will they "last"? meaning, if you eat lots of proteins, when you haven't worked out for 3 days, then you work out the day after, will those proteins help building muscles? how long does their efficacy last?
2nd. i'm buying everyday a bar with like 30 g of proteins or something like that, 3 g of glutamine and 3 g of creatine. should i eat it all after the work out? or should i divide it in 2 pieces and eat one before and one after? should i eat these bars everyday or just when i train? i mean, will the creatine be wasted if i don't workout that same day or it will be stored?
