I have a question about training intensity. When I pick a weight it's either too light or it takes a lot of effort to lift. It causes me to shake a little and strains my face.

Is it because I'm lifting too much weight? I've noticed in the gym that when most people lift it seems easy. Are they not lifting enough?

well..if that's the case why dont u pick a weight that's in between the 2...

u should at least find a weight that allows you to do around 8 - 12 reps with 3 sets, depending on your workout program.

if you can barely do 8 or less, and if u can do way more than 12, then you dont have the right weights.

another possibility is that you might be doing the workout incorrectly, try looking online or ask some advice from gym members if you're doing it correct.
