I don't think being bald is as big of an issue if one is also black.

I've never heard of a bald black guy being referred to as looking like a cancer patient. While I've heard this plenty of times for white guys.

That's what I mean. Most don't live in NYC or LA though so your experiences don't relate to most as you have different demographics you're working with.
