oh yeah, im a solid 220 lb now 100kg.

probably about 14% bodyfat, abs are fading in the evening :(

heavy bench session
started out like normal
60 x 12
100 x 8
120 x 3
then a buddy showed up with his slingshot - and we tried a go with that
wow
it makes a real difference - its like you're performing a different exercise.

110 x 6

actually I forget how much we lifted It was more a focus on the movement and getting the reps out than counting. but smashed out a few more sets.

incline DB press
only 28 on each hand, but 3 sets 12 was HAARRDD after that

then some dips, went fukkit - I wanna add weight
so added 20kg - psshht its like its nothing

40kg x 3 (REP PR ***WEIGHT PR)
then 40kg x 2 - got stuck at the bottom of the third :D

goddamn it feels soo good to get the weighted dips back in
40kg weighted pullup x 3

overhead tricep ext and vertical pullovers to finish

Almost forgot- guy was like - are you done here? When I was between sets just after the 120 Backsquat set.

I said "not even close, but you can work in if you want"

Oh no we were just gonna put the bench there. (in the fvcking squat rack!)

I turned my back and added plates.

Guy set up a bench right behind me so he could see the mirror. Mirin himself. So I started sets as soon as he did, so alls he could see was my ass gettin low.


Nohomo... Just amused me :)

had a horrific deadlift session yesterday - brutal doesn't even cover it!

feeling a little under the weather and had no pre workout (im staying off them for the past couple of weeks) - so -
70kg x 12
120 x 6
170 x 5

figured my problem with the big weights - I use a double overhand grip for deadlifts, and the bar rolls as soon as I get it off the ground, this just pulls straight outta my fingers.

so mixed grip time - see if this solves the problem

190kg - na fukkit - 200kg, see if we can do 2 reps

200kg x 3 - mixed grip was so solid I did 3!!!(*****REP PR*****)
210kg x 0 - grip was fine, just lower back didn't wanna get this up - lifted it about 6 inches, knees shaking..... not enough rest between sets I think, still 200 x 3 made me so happy - feels fvcking goooood!

170 x 3 - mixed grip = solid

150kg x 10!!!!!*****REP PR***** so brutal, but I just kept going - one more! one more! one more!

hands almost shredded now - hurting like fvck! but ONE MORE SET!!!!!!

I nearly blacked out, and was so close to puking but I fvcking earned every ounce of pain that I have today. whole back is hurting :D

loved it!



Today was chest again, but nothing special - those deadlifts from yesterday killed me - 10 hours sleep and needed more!!!
forced myself into the gym, had no energy but still got a good 45 minutes in there :D

right - just been in on shoulders and arms, had to cut the session short.

doing Kroc rows and my left elbow has flared up again.

I'm gonna have a de-load over Christmas, and ill be back on it in a week.

Ill start a new thread for the new year too :D

Question about wraps....I bought some and they're thick and huge as fvck..I don't even have to wrap em tight and I can't even move my knees. I tried them 1 time, and never again because my legs went numb from no circulation as my knees flexed throughout the set. How is your knee wrap experience?

I wrap before the set, then unwrap after the set to allow circulation. I can't squat without them cos my knees cause me a lot of pain.

If you do better without, then don't use them. But for me it's a necessity.

Tore up shoulders and upper back. got to 110kg on bent over rows and 105 on T-bar rows - wide grip

shrugs got to 110kg.

tried those Klokov Press that switch was raving on about.

bloody good lift - even at 50kg, a set of 5 was HARD, and 3 sets was a dirty grind still got out 2 set 123 on 40kg too though
