had a horrific deadlift session yesterday - brutal doesn't even cover it!
feeling a little under the weather and had no pre workout (im staying off them for the past couple of weeks) - so -
70kg x 12
120 x 6
170 x 5
figured my problem with the big weights - I use a double overhand grip for deadlifts, and the bar rolls as soon as I get it off the ground, this just pulls straight outta my fingers.
so mixed grip time - see if this solves the problem
190kg - na fukkit - 200kg, see if we can do 2 reps
200kg x 3 - mixed grip was so solid I did 3!!!(

210kg x 0 - grip was fine, just lower back didn't wanna get this up - lifted it about 6 inches, knees shaking..... not enough rest between sets I think, still 200 x 3 made me so happy - feels fvcking goooood!
170 x 3 - mixed grip = solid

Today was chest again, but nothing special - those deadlifts from yesterday killed me - 10 hours sleep and needed more!!!
