Shoulders

Head wasnt in it at all today - took half an hour before i even lifted anythin heavy.

but when I did...

Standing OH press
40kg x 12
60kg x 8
70kg x 6 (***REP PR***)
75kg x 4 (*****PR + REP PR*****)
65kg x 6

and thats the best I did today..
DB pullovers didnt even finish 4 sets 20 :( got 20, 20, 16, 12 - 32.5kg

Was just real tired feeling.

Some fvcking skinny russian priick swaggering about and eyeballing me - managed 6 whole pullups on his very own.
He give me this cvnty look as he went back by me after that - so I Grabbed a 25kg plate and smashed out 3 sets of 8 pullups with it on and then igneord the cvnt. :D #Professional Showoff


did the usual pullups too weighted and unweighted.

Turns out I was using a fatter bar today than sundays session, so that explains the fails - wider bar = fatter grip = less tensile strength through the whole lift, still Its good to change the stuff up, no I plan on skinny bar for feel good days and fatter bar to train hard and get that grip trained.

Awful leg day. Tried heavy got a few, zero motivation to train hard today. Only forgiving factor is tearing up stuff leg deadlifts. I did good there, really changed the training from almost useless into decent effort. Almost.

Still squatted a few sets of volume on light. Frontsquatted 120 and backquatted 120 too.

Great progress man... Crazy improvement in your pull and squat.

I think your front squatting volume did a lot to improve these areas as well as getting rid of your knee issues (you didn`t mention knee problems so I`m assuming its not bugging you as much)... Fronts are such an underrated exercise. We should all do them a lot more than we do.

You should be fine coming off cycle with your PCT. You can also add in some hCG if you feel like you need it as well as quality tribulus.

Keep it up! Crazy progress all around!

Cheers buddy - yeah - frontsquats hammer your core to hold form. Knees are mostly ok, I just have to wrap them to squat. :up:

believe me - that training was harder than it looks on paper - much harder!

Tore up shoulders today.

did raises did oh press then did the ole megasets

standing row wide grip
12 x 45
bicep curl (held strict on decline)
12 x 30
oh db press
12 x 30

few sets of that and I was pumped like fvkk
got some power cleans in some heavier OH press and close grip standing rows to hit the traps

left all swole up and feeling gooood. :D

after raises to warmup, we went on for OH press and standing row

standing, but every rep was strict as hell. it makes the set absolutely horrible, but the worse it feels, the more its doing for you, so. hips and knees locked and press like a monster.

ended up doing sooo many sets, then finished with triceps.

Dirty grind.

if there is one thing I got out of this thread is. "I did squats because I didn't want too." You have to do actions even when you don't want to do them, when they are supposed to get done.

I cant tell you how horrible these were - you have to experience them in order to understand, but ill say that after rep 4 I was all willpower to get to 8.
at 8, it was brutal to get to 12


calf raises and a couple sets on legpress and my knees are quivering, no backsquats or lunges today - posterior chain is still DOM'd up from Monday :D

Love a session that actually makes you feel ill!
