I pay someone else to do it. I did not design Kristina's site, nor did I have anything to do with making the videos. I ONLY promote it.

1. Myspace, referrals, Free online Newtimes advertising.
2. You get very creative. Myspace, Yahoo Groups, linking to other porn websites, spamming.
3. You don't need a dime. There are ways of posting links in high traffic areas that can bring in revenue for you. 50/50 split usually.
4. Website: depends... $35.00 - $15k depending how nice you want it.
Models: depends but usually $100/hr or whatever they'll accept. It's all negotiable if the girl is amateur. You can get a b/j swallow for $200 if you do it right. You can get ana1/vaginal w/ bj/swallow for $400 if you do it right.
Photographer: you can do it yourself or hire a pro. I hired a pro for $200 per girl. The really good ones are more expensive.
5. I started when I met a guy who was only 27 and making a killing with his website that he had only had for 2 years... he was driving a porsche, had 2 other vehicles, (nubiles.net)

I've made some money from tenderz.net, but I'm not focusing on it 100% anymore. I've determined that I'm better as a promoter. Promoters can earn nearly as much as a site owner.

I've made some nice money sending traffic to her site over the past 10 days.

1. Holy **** bro, the legal aspects are so intricate that I would need type for hours. Check out: http://www.model-release-form.com/ for more info. You would want to start an LLC to help protect yourself if you choose to do your own filming.

2. OMG bro, another question that would take forever to answer. In a nut shell, you send them a professional looking email from a professional looking myspace account and ask for their phone number and give them yours. Have a company name too. You talk with them in a professional manner, tell them what they'd do and tell them how to get to your house or wherever you're going to film (hotel, etc)

3. You gotta make the girls feel comfortable, otherwise you get a nervous looking model and the pix come out lookig crappy. 1. What kind of investment capital do you need for a succesful start? I am talking about investment money you should have to pay hosting fees and fund a successful ad campaign.

2. What kind of fees are there associated with running a porn site? I mean like how much you pay in hosting, credit card processor fees, etc. per month. I am referring to variable costs here (which I assume change based on traffic).
