I repeatedly hear that porn provides unrealistic expectations to a man, so they aren't able to get hard or horny unless to the most model looking woman that is showcased around sites like pornhub and such. Both men and women feel that porn puts high expectations on them to perform and look their best. And that removing oneself from porn will effectively help them be motivated to get a woman and more motivated in life in general. I believe the issue here is that people are confusing one thing for the cause of the other. Rather than just seeing them as two separate issues that generally come from a different problem. In this case,
motivation has nothing to do with porn. Without it, the person will still not have much if they don't have a goal in the first place.
So is porn unrealistic? It's no more unrealistic than football or other elite activities. It's an ideal, and striving for that ideal is not a bad thing. A man that can **** multiple women and go for long periods of time is mostly a stamina fitness thing. Becoming that man will not hurt anyone trying to match that image because it effectively makes you a better looking person and gives you more energy for other real life tasks. The big part of this ideal is
women. They hate porn the most because it forces them to have to compete with these women. That means three things:
- Men like women who service them. Most western women hate this.
- Men like women who take care of their appearance and at least is not afraid of showing their female side. Too many women act like men these days.
- Men like women who are seductive. This applies to the first point, but it's more that a woman shows she wants the man to f*ck her, a trait you barely see these days. There are no feminine women walking up to a man and trying to get sex out of him simply to please him [no escorts or hookers apply].
So what is my thoughts on porn in general? Am I praising it? Not at all. A man who has many women has no need for porn. I see it mostly as a tool and as a free market activity upon our culture. It's meant to keep women in check because men give time, attention, and most of all money, toward media that displays sexy women. It's a necessity so that women have to compete in some matter. That is why you have all these women on twitch, onlyfans, and other places because they know that sex sells. And if they want that dough, they have to play up all parts of their womanhood. It's amazing watching all these infuriated feminists who hate having to be a woman and yet complaining that they cannot get that top dollar man they want. The contradiction is laughable from my pov, and it explains why men often go overseas to countries where women are still women.
NoFap is not a cure.
Most of the time, the man is doing something else that is contributing to his rise in productivity. Which is the point. NoFap was just an awareness that men are sitting at home doing lots of wasteful activities. Porn was just one of them. Bad diets, little to no exercise, no social life, probably stays on the computer 24/7. NoFap doesn't resolve this on its own. You could fix all of the bad things I just listed and you can still fap in peace. I've followed NoFap stories for a long time, and my conclusion is that men were confusing NoFap with
Get Sh*t Done.
So no, porn is not unrealistic outside of steroid use and guys with elephant trunk d*cks [men always have the higher standards to match in porn where women have more leeway so this is just another avenue of women complaining about the easiest thing they can fix about themselves. Most women do not even need breast implants]. And NoFap is not a cure cause fapping is not the problem nor is porn.
