At 47 you need TRT, Neil. Experiment with some doses, start with 500 mg a week, this is what Im gonna do when I get a little older. If you could get HGH as well it would help incredibly with fat loss and muscle gain at the same time. You got the money for some good sources so, thank me later.
500mg a week? WTF are you on crack?? That is not a TRT dose that is a cycle dose. TRT is 125-200mg a week. Preferably done every 5 days to keep levels stable. With blood tests done to check levels and ensuring you are giving blood every 8 weeks to prevent polythecemia which can thicken your blood from over production of red blood cells and lead to cardiovascular events.

Unbelievable the stuff people just randomly spout out without any knowledge of what the fvck they are talking about.

Zinc and vitamin d3 supplementation help raise test naturally.
Nowhere near enough to compensate for the drastic drop in T levels most guys get in their 30s and 40s. Raising it 20% of 250 doesn't do really anything.

I'd say you look pretty good for 47..
Compared to who? The average obese American who sits on his ass and eats potato chips all day and guzzles beer?

I think he just needs to start weight training. Build up that upper body. From what he says, he already eats a pretty decent diet (alcohol aside).

Age is no excuse not to carry a fitness model physique.

BigNeil, you carry too much fat to give you a proper prescription. You need to drop 25-30lbs of fat to see what your physique really looks like--and what body parts you need to augment into aesthetic proportions.

It's not about size (to attract women), rather aesthetics, which deals with muscle symmetry and lower bf levels. Focus on fat loss (for now): lower the carbs and up the cardio.

Also you may want to look at Ultherapy (Or google Vampire facials) to tighten up the jawline. Click on my name in the link to see other pics of aesthetic symmetry and a strong jawline.

Its a lot of fat on there though. Muscle will help it takes time. I feel with less fat the shoulders and arms will look better. He should be lifting for gains the entire time during his transformation, but much of the fat will need to come off.

Shows what is possible with great genes and lots of steroids.
Its not a **** ton tho. Your 500 mg of test with a great diet and training can show that. The guy already has the structure he built as a younger man.

Which was built on steroids, meaning he has been on steroids for 40+ years. No sh!t he looks good...he fvcking better.
No way 500 mg of Test can do that...Test holds in water. He's likely on a wide variety c0cktail of them.

Yes, exactly that. He's 47.. I mean he's already light years ahead of most guys his age - that in itself is enough.

SteR, it's important to deal with people rightfully, whereas if BigNeil's purpose is to attract 9s and 10s effortlessly without buying them, he is going to have to do more work on the physicality to get there.

Part of being a DJ is aspiring to and becoming part of the top echelon on all levels. BigNeil got the hardest feat out of the way via money; now he needs to focalize his efforts toward the physicality. BigNeil is a decent looking guy, but massive improvements on the physique are needed.

Looks good to me. You have lovely long arms, nice prominent veins and good strong hands. You don't want to do too much because the more muscles you have the more you have to maintain it and that can be boring, if you stop and it goes you will be disappointed.

Personally I'd do a 3 month cut.

Lets face it you need to gain quite a bit of muscle and lose quite a bit of fat.

I started from a not too different position and i cut first an then bulked up properly

I know I can trust SS members to tell me like it is (especially my haters). Here I am this morning after 6 months of working out. Tell me what I should focus on in the next 6 months. I want to get my jawline, abs and chest leaner.

Age: 46.9
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 225lb
Body fat: 12.5%

Let's be real. Unless you do a dexa scan you're probably around 20% body fat. Which means you should be around 205/210ish and your abs will start to pop at 12-13%. I know this because we have the same body type, close to same height. Even the weird gap between the lower pecs. You actually have really good defined pecs for that high body percent.

1. Up protein to about 225g s day for lift days and 180-190 on rest days

2. Focus on main lifts and keeping those the same on bench, squat, eadlift, overhead press.

3. Some say bulk to add mass, id say cut by about 2-350 cals a day max. you would lose those 15 lbs in 3 months or less if you're consistent.

4. Then start to bulk if you want. You're 46 going on 47, there's no need to get crazy. I'd say good numbers to work on would be repping 250x6 bench
315 deadlift x 10
275 squat x 8
160 x 5 overhead press.

All those numbers would put you in the 1% of males in your age bracket.

I believe this image should give you a basic idea on what certain percentage bodyfat looks like:

Based on this, I would have to say your bodyfat percentage is anywhere between 16-20%.
