500mg a week? WTF are you on crack?? That is not a TRT dose that is a cycle dose. TRT is 125-200mg a week. Preferably done every 5 days to keep levels stable. With blood tests done to check levels and ensuring you are giving blood every 8 weeks to prevent polythecemia which can thicken your blood from over production of red blood cells and lead to cardiovascular events. At 47 you need TRT, Neil. Experiment with some doses, start with 500 mg a week, this is what Im gonna do when I get a little older. If you could get HGH as well it would help incredibly with fat loss and muscle gain at the same time. You got the money for some good sources so, thank me later.
Nowhere near enough to compensate for the drastic drop in T levels most guys get in their 30s and 40s. Raising it 20% of 250 doesn't do really anything.Zinc and vitamin d3 supplementation help raise test naturally.
On guys deficient it can be more dramaticNowhere near enough to compensate for the drastic drop in T levels most guys get in their 30s and 40s. Raising it 20% of 250 doesn't do really anything.
Compared to who? The average obese American who sits on his ass and eats potato chips all day and guzzles beer?I'd say you look pretty good for 47..
What do you think of this man's physique who is 64 on the right?I'd say you look pretty good for 47..
From the quad and calf structure obviously a older Dave Draper. Looks great and illustrates the importance of low body fat. What do you think of this man's physique who is 64 on the right?
Shows what is possible with great genes and lots of steroids. What do you think of this man's physique who is 64 on the right?
Its a lot of fat on there though. Muscle will help it takes time. I feel with less fat the shoulders and arms will look better. He should be lifting for gains the entire time during his transformation, but much of the fat will need to come off.I think he just needs to start weight training. Build up that upper body. From what he says, he already eats a pretty decent diet (alcohol aside).
Its not a **** ton tho. Your 500 mg of test with a great diet and training can show that. The guy already has the structure he built as a younger man.Shows what is possible with great genes and lots of steroids.
Which was built on steroids, meaning he has been on steroids for 40+ years. No sh!t he looks good...he fvcking better. Its not a **** ton tho. Your 500 mg of test with a great diet and training can show that. The guy already has the structure he built as a younger man.
Yes, exactly that. He's 47.. I mean he's already light years ahead of most guys his age - that in itself is enough.Compared to who? The average obese American who sits on his ass and eats potato chips all day and guzzles beer?
That guy is on so much gear it'd make your head spinalbeit a bit over the top in terms of body fat %, here is some good motivation for you older guys
Let's be real. Unless you do a dexa scan you're probably around 20% body fat. Which means you should be around 205/210ish and your abs will start to pop at 12-13%. I know this because we have the same body type, close to same height. Even the weird gap between the lower pecs. You actually have really good defined pecs for that high body percent.
