whats the deal with bootcamps. it appears that all the information we really need is here in front of us on the net. does it really take someone holding your hand to meeting women?
ALL the information is not here. They are not holding your hand. That is like saying you're gonna learn how to be a master pianist by reading a book or a website. If you want to perfect continually improve your skill, you must learn from somebody who is an expert on the subject at hand, and most importantly, who can cut your time by being able to teach it.

just a thought. because i honestly could never see myself going to a 'bootcamp" to me that is the epitome of hitting rock bottom.
No, rock bottom is someone who decides to stay where they are at because they don't want to invest time, effort, money, or are afraid to seek out help. Rock bottom is someone who reads, reads, yet is unable to apply the skills in real life situations and just gets frustrated and gives up and ends up worse that when he started. The frustrated chump decides to stay frustrated, even after finding out that there are people who can help him improve at a fraction of the time.

please do your self a favor before you shell out thousands of dollars for one of these seminars or bootcamps and get your inner game on point.
I agree with you here. A newbie, who has no skill, knowledge, and who has no confidence or inner game whatsoever, has no business spending time, money, and efford learning basic/obvious skills from an advance instructor who is better suited for somebody who has learned everything they will on their own, and is only seeking help from the best because they want to take their game to a higher level, just like SexPdx did. It is only a waste if you didn't think it was. If you didn't learn enough to justify the cost.
A newby would definitely get more out of the stuff posted here and other places in the net then he would from an advanced education, because of the skill level. The higher your skill and tighter your game, the more you're gonna benefit when you seek top notch instruction from the best; just as Eric Clapton would get the most out of buying and playing a $10,000 guitar than a beginner would. Just like the concept of a guitar is a guitar is a guitar is not true, neither is the knowledge and quality of every educational/intructional source.
Seriously, I rather invest my money than wasted it. I much rather invest in a top education/skill set by learning from the best, than waste/burn my money on video games, buying drinks, cigarretes, or any other ways people like to waste their money on, with nothing to show for. It comes down to values and what you consider important, and to how good you want to become at anything. Then again, I am constantly looking for ways to improve any and every aspect of my life.
