Lots of bad ones in this thread. How about some good ones? Now this is how to write a profile:

Well.... I am a hairdresser and I really love what I do. I have learned so much from working with people and I believe that I am a very good listener. I absolutley love to have a good laugh and surround myself with people that bring a smile to my face. I am very loyal to my friends and family. they mean the world to me. I would much rather have a quiet evening with those that I love, rather than go out to a noisy bar.
In my down time, I try my best to play the guitar. But I really love to sing. And I definelty sing in the shower. I play volleyball and am trying to introduce snowshoe-ing to my hobbue list. I also enjoy going to the gym and try to fit in pilates or yoga when I can.
I also own my own business so it can be hard to find time for all of these things but I try to stay balanced between work and play.

On a first date, I would go out for dinner. I would want to have good conversation and get to know the person I am with. That sounds so boring... but I swear I'm pretty cute. lol"

Sweet, endearing, feminine and even self-deprecating. And she's a cutie. How can you not love that?

Red flags for me are when the woman says she's "picky" (means she'll never be satisfied with one man, she wants attention from loads of dudes), or if she says she's "traditional" (means she expects you to pay every time and ain't gonna be putting out any time soon.)

If you see that she's online like every night, or if she's been online for ages.. means she likes attention from lots of men, usually is quite a prude or control freak if you actually end up getting to know her.

These are generalizations, but ones which are accurate enough in my experience that I no longer bother with them if I see them.

If she says "friends first" anywhere in the profile, I immediately close the tab.

I also don't date religious chicks or chicks whose first language is not English, but that's my personal preference.

^^Zarky don't forget if she has been online for quite some time she probably has been on lots of dates as well. I had a women try to shyt test and brag about all the dates she was getting, I guess she wanted to prove to me that she matched up etc. In the end it just turned me off because it comes of as try hard even though she was interested.

If a women has been on a dating website for "years" and I know some cause I have been lOL, she probably has had her fair of cvcks or been through a lot of dates
