I used to send boring "hey how's your week going" texts, but would never end up meeting these girls because I didn't stand out from the 3 other guys she gave her number to that weekend.

No fvcking way. Even today I had a 6/10 messaging me that I had swiped to the right on. It was one of those, when I originally looked her, could have gone either way. She sent me a message first, not sure I would have pursued her at all, the message was cute, she seemed spunky, made a comment about what I wrote in my profile. I thought, hey, she's a 6, but if she brings something else to the table, then hey, why not. Dude, long story short, by the third message red flags started popping up and by the last message she was calling me names! And I was being cool!! I wish I would have saved that convo but I couldn't block her fast enough. Even on Tinder you got to be selective.... plus what's the point of having a bunch of ugos messaging you that you'd never go out with anyway?

I've encountered that before. Just frame it so that you aren't meeting up purely for sex. Suggest something like drinks or coffee or bowling. Once you guys meet up, start kissing and she'll just skip your date idea entirely.
