I don't do that, but I see your point. That may be why some fap, dopamine kicks as cope for depression.Regarding porn I watch it very rarely and when I do it's just few seconds when Im bored to get in a better mood and increase the hungry part of libido.
Fantasy is enough for me. Text has same effect, if I read up on rap lyrics for instance.
Though I avoid porn (due to it's not real), I think there are two kinds of faps: some kind of dysfunctional, and healthy horniness. Some are addicted or have it as a coping mechanism/self-medication for stress, anxiety, etc. I think I'll have a challenge with the built-up horniness, but you never know if you'll smash the next day.I dont think the issue is fapping as long as you do rarely and without overstimulating yourself with degenerate porn.
