I dont fap and surely wont fap to porn, decided to start 2023 by jizzing with a woman and managed to do it just yesterday night despite it needed basically a month.

Regarding porn I watch it very rarely and when I do it's just few seconds when Im bored to get in a better mood and increase the hungry part of libido.

Yeah thats true, not all fapping comes the same.

Some is self medication, stress relieving and dopamine addiction but some is simply a need to release horniness.

I believe it. Almost everyone is deficient, especially black people who need substantially more sunlight exposure to produce Vitamin D.

I take about 25,000-35,000 IU per week even in the summer (RDA is something like 800 IU per day which is laughable) and I attribute it's use at least in part to my superb bone health, immune system, and T levels.

NoFap doesn't make much sense. As Ive commented a long time ago, it didn't fix anything because nothing was broken. I have a high sex drive regardless of if I get it from a woman or porn [I don't masturbate much anymore cause I like to keep energy for exercising]. I will say one thing, depriving yourself from sex eventually will make you jump to either a woman or masturbation. It's ideal to have a woman relieve you due to biology, but if you gotta take the edge off, do it anyway you can.

I dont know. Everyones choice but for guys to say they havent had some of the most explosive orgasms from porn are flat out lying.
No fap is nothing more then AA without truth.
I’m pretty sure the porn explosions are the exact point. The dopamine hit from 1: outrageous porn scenes plus 2: conditioning that sitting there watching and using your hands is the reason porn throws off your chemistry

im not going to lie. I’ve always been someone with insanely good endurance and I have always wondered if it was due to porn desensitization. There were spells in my 20’s which I thought were due to depression that I had some sexual concerns but maybe it was due to porn. Likewise, late 30’s my fitness is good and I test right with my blood levels so again, not that and yet even though, some concerns once in awhile about going unnecessarily long.

It’s great when you see a chick get off strictly by penetrating her and it’s super fun seeing her do it multiple times but it shouldn’t take you all night to get off yourself. I also have ADD and that could be part of it.

On day 4 of NoFap right now. Yesterday was crazy and I was horny AF but today was dry. I think work stress is what killed my boner lol. Interested in looking forward to tomorrow which would be day 5 and seeing how that goes. Last week I was on Day 4 I went ham and had to rub one out but held it in. My mind got more in my way than my body though and I rubbed one out to porn because I thought it be weird if I didn't.

It's been a libido tennis match but I think stress in life can play a big role. I have also been lifting every other day too.

I noticed that along with significantly cutting caffeine, I haven’t rubbed one out in a week now and I had better sex, feel better overall, and getting boners a little more randomly throughout the day. I think the caffeine was also a huge part. Lack of good sleep is so bad.

I was originally D-deficient. My doc has me on 2,000 IU per day. I’m tested annually and have D levels in normal range. (I’m white and pretty much avoid the sun completely.)

I read about this no fap thing thing forever. I’ve never paid too much attention to it because I just don’t engage in it with any regularity sure when I was a kid.

Maybe I’m reaping the so-called benefits of it without ever having thought about it. For me, if ejaculating in a woman is 100% satisfaction, I’d say getting myself off is maybe 20% of that at best. It’s just never been a thing.

As far as porn is concerned, sometimes if I’m waiting to have a gal come over I’ll watch a few minutes of porn - but mostly pure amateur stuff, never have cared for the produced stuff: “Hey lady, I’m the plumber, ya needed me to lay some pipe?”.

Is there anybody else like me out there?

Energy, libido, mental focus and so on.
Just better overall health. Rarely sick. My understanding is D is more of a general preventative measure, rather than an enhancement.

My libido is low, but that’s been going on for a while (before the D improvement) and is another topic. Gonna get my T checked.

Mental focus is unchanged.

Although NO FAP can benefit men, It is NOT synonymous with success with women.

I personally try to save all orgasms for real life female encounters.... If I slip up it doesnt bother me, I just up my productivity the next day and kill my workouts and forget about it. On to the next.

Funny you should ask. I didn’t intend to fap but I was on the phone and it turned into a phone sex call which turned into FaceTime… I fapped… the libido and the entire just energy are better

No fap dudes will say a full reset is about 90 days if you've got some issues with erection quality.
