I find that every time I quit no fap I go on a fap binge. 84 days is mighty impressive.

Well I've tried to start not fapping now for about five days or more. I always end up making it till when i'm about to go to bed and it just happens. Either that or as soon as i wake up.


I think I've found a solution though I blocked all the porn sites i know of and disabled internet on my iPod. I have also put the strictest search restrictions on google. I know i can get around all of these but it'll take a few seconds to hopefully give me time to think about what i'm doing. Wish me luck.

Just bumping up this thread to help keep this thing going.

I'm closing in on two whole completed days of this (not done yet, but I'm pretty sure I can book today). As you'd expect, no issues so far.

Managed to get to day 8! Day 8 is today. This morning I feel extremely good. I don't feel the need to seek out any porn. Horny? YES! For the fake thing? HELL NAH! For the real thing? HELL YEAH! Feels good guys. I haven't been looking at the media like that either.

I've completed 14 days. I've already doubled my bench press strength and tripled my long distance running. I've also gotten several inches taller. It really works!

Hello Everyone,

So as of yesterday, I too have decided to join the challenge making this the end of day one. I've decided to post today as I feel I bring a little bit of variation to the situations that are posted.

So, as you can guess, I am a hardcore anime addict. Basically, instead of watching pron everyday (I actually very much dislike pron), it is simply replaced with hentai everyday. For the last four years, I've scoured the ends of the interwebs viewing thousands of pictures, gifs, and videos from message boards like 4**an and picture boards like gel***ru and would fap an average of about eight times a week.

So a little about my current situation. I am presently single after suffering an emotional breakup in June with my girlfriend after two and a half years of dating. I feel that my obsession with hentai may have something to do with this as we did not break up due to a fight or anything similar. When we were together, I was not performing very well in bed. I'd often not even get an erection even after having her orgasm several times. The lack of a female in my life has made things worst as that average has now hit twelve times a week. I don't even enjoy all the hentai that I used to love so much and it has definitely left me feeling more depressed. I was just simply fapping to help me fall asleep and wake up in the morning.

I hope to gain several things from this experience. First and foremost, I would like to get back with my ex-girlfriend. I am hoping that my increased drive and elimination of ED will help win her back. If this fails, I am hoping that my increase confidence will get me to talk with other women. Second, I am looking forward to the positive effects in thinking and retaining knowledge. I am about to study Japanese (for obvious reasons) this coming semester and would like to be able to better remember what I have studied. Third, I want to be able to enjoy hentai again (obviously in much more reasonable amounts) since it is part of me as an anime fan.

I will admit, I do hope that this experience does not cause me to be too aggressive or bring out too much of the Alpha in me. I enjoy how I am now but would like to change a few things. Also, I am going to set aside a cheat day right now. There is an anime convention coming up mid October and I'll be damned if I miss the hentai dubbing -.-; (it's all for laughs anyway so I suppose it wouldn't count).

I have already turned 'safe search' on in my picture board account and I am ready for this challenge. I will keep up at least three times a week with my progression, positive effects, negative effects, what I did during sudden urges, etc. I hope that this will all work out in the end. POSTER'S NOTE - For those who don't know, hentai is simply pron only it's animated. For some, it can so equally if not more arousing than real pron.

I fapped this morning (8/14/12) (P&M at 8:05AM, O at 8:14AM) on my day off from work. Damn it! This is so tough. I started watching TV again this weekend and thought I should be okay but saw a few actors that I found attractive. Google searched them and then lead me to fap.

Uhhhhhhh! This is annoying. Surprisingly as I'm typing this. I have no desire to go out or do anything right now. I just want to stay in bed and sleep.

I came very, very close today, but I managed to hold off. Felt proud of myself afterwards. It wasn't inspired by porn, either. I had a vision of myself pounding the crap out of this chick I saw on the weekend. I haven't felt so turned on without an artificial stimulant in a long time. It's reasonable to think that no-fap has contributed to this (or is the prime or even sole cause).

Hello everyone,

So it's been officially 48 hours since I started marking off day 2 of the challenge. Here's today's data:

Weight - 277.2 (I'm just going to keep track of it since I believe weight loss will be a guaranteed upside)
Appetite - Low
Urges - Had two big urges today. One late morning and one early evening.
Remedy to urges - For the first one, I immediately got up and just starting riding my bike... for almost two hours. No problems after until the second one. For this, I just laid on my bed hugging a pillow and being to just clear my head and think of something off topic... like school. I ended up falling asleep for 20 minutes and have not had an urge since.
Today's positive side effects - None
Today's negative side effects - None

I feel like this is placebo, for me at least. I was curious so I fapped and then the next day I felt exactly the same. Even when I have sex I feel the same, if not better, the next day. My pre-workout has d-aspartic in it (natural test. booster) but I doubt that has any effect on this seeing as how its not a large amount. So I think this is kind of a mind fvck, your mindset is all. Fapping vs not fapping has nothing to do with it.

The only reason I see it helping is with increased test levels, but i also noticed I get really agressive and lifting makes it worse lol. So its all about mindset, do everything in moderation ... even fapping. People who fap 2-3 times a day should just do it once a week. Why bother doing it 2-3 times a week? Thats gross anyway, get your lazy mind out of the gutter and adopt the correct mindset not some bs technique.

Day 8 today, been jogging 40 mins a day at least. My runnning form has changed from day 7 to day 8 A LOT! I did about 1 hour jogging this time! But I hadn't done much exercise that day before, so maybe it was because of that. I feel like the testosterone rise is exponential. :) Let's see if today I am the same! I came home covered in sweat, it was awesome! After jogging 1 hour, a few hours later I was hyper and went jogging again, but I could only do it for about 15 mins, then I walked another 15 mins, hehe, this at about 2:30 at night. :eek:

Lol. You could be right.

If I'm not gonna fap I don't have any need for porn though, so that's freed up at least half an hour a day. And when you add the changed thought patterns (thinking much more about real world chicks than internet fantasies) I'd have to credit no-fap with something positive.
