I went through that also, the first week or more I didnt feel anything but a bit of a boost in energy and it took VERY litttle to get me extremely horny but afte a while of saying no to those urges you start to acquire or improve your social skills so you can go out and satisfy those urges.

well i'm about one week on this challenge, never posted before because I feel like let's just check if what the guys here says its true :)

truth is, yeah, i'm beeing eyeing woman left and rightmore often, just to prove today I was buying some things and I saw one girl who worked there before with some nice white jeans who amke her back looks nice, I just had to take a extra look on it, and I kewn her before and never feel that urge (not even thinking just reacted), main problem is hold the guys inside the porn is not a big deal :)

Welp, I fapped today. The excuse was that I wanted to start the challenge when the new month starts lol! I gave in. The brain is smart. I felt the adrenaline and my heart beating fast. I bit and watched. Whacked off and felt bad after. Sucks!!!!!!!!

yeah food is a huge one. For me im keeping my diet in check, picture of health diet, a lot of fruit, veggies, turkey, chicken only. (im also cutting ) and after the gym im not aggressive anymore, but If I skip the gym or eat ****ty : 1. I feel like **** . 2. I get agressive or depressed. So you have to exercise and keep your diet in check to make this work out well.

Awesome bro! I like dat! Me 2. I eat fruits, 5 a day, veggies (lmao), all kinds of them, from different places, seeds and nuts, the most exotic foods on earth, occasionally some super god send foods that make anyone feel great like Açai, soy, teas of herbs like chamomille, aritchoke and even seaweed! The problem is, these foods don't like no fapping. They are so good, they make me produce a ton of semen and retaining that gives me blue balls and pressure in my perineum! These two days I ate fast food I didn't have blue balls. I guess I need to do exercise to make my body loose energy. No energy, no semen, no problemo. Thanks for your post. Diet is important to a lot of things but being able to last 40 days without jacking off is not one of them.

There are 3 main things that will help you abstain from masturbation.

And I believe they are are in this order

1) sex
2) being busy all day, not having too much spare time
3) not looking at porn or anything that turns you on

sex for obvious reasons

Having a job will be an enoourmous help, I am job hunting so I have a lot of time on my hands....alone.

Porn, also for obvious reasons.


This time (and I am in day 3) I am not looking at any porn or anything like it and its much easier.

Im now almost a month without any releasing either sex or masturbation, not looking at porn or any stimulating material and I feel really aggressive toward men and women.

If I only think a man is planning against me I feel the urge to close the deal as soon as possible with the shortest escalation, while on women I feel like I have no inibition and start doing kino even on girl I just met few minutes before.
I think men can feel this attitude and are very polite and respectful, while Im hostile at unknown people I'm getting closer to my friends and I dont mind too much when we make fun of each other.

Today I went to cut my hair and while this girl was massaging my head I got a boner and when she asked if that massage was relaxing me I told her with a porno movie tone that it was good and to keep going.

I worked out today. I shaved my facial hair. Looked fresh. Took a jog with my roommate. Got done the run. Got into the elevator and these two babes from the 15th floor of the apartment complex jumped on. They talked so we could hear them. Alright, So I'm midway through my third week ( DAY 18 ).
I've noticed some increased aggression on some days.
Walking down the street in a crowd, having the people in front of me stop abruptly to socialize.
I actually feel like yelling at them for this. Calling them ****ing idiots and telling them to move to the side if they're going to talk like school-girls
Ive read about this and it apparently subsides, its something to do with my dopamine rush in my brain being delayed from the regular releases of fapping/porn.

I notice increase game with girls, easily, texting game is phenomenal and in person I no longer have a conscious thought on where to stare/put my hands etc..
Ive never been bad with woman, but while talking person ive consciously decided where to stare etc.. now I just dont care and its natural/bold.

Final thing i've noticed is I am not afraid of any confrontation.
If I had a problem, ( Bills, landlord, roommates, school, friends )
I'd sometimes ignore calls, or put it off, now I just confront it and get to the bottom of it quickly, zero tolerance for any of that.
Not in a as*hole way or anything, I do it in a pleasing manner, my social skills have improved and i dont put off answering my phone, taking or making calls, if that makes sense

Most of you seem to be having a good time with no fap so far. I'm curious how addicted to porn and fapping were you? Many of you report increased aggression, more sexuality, easily getting boners, feel good, ect... You all are really reaping the benefits.

How have none of you gone through any withdrawals???

I have not experienced nearly the same results. I have quit porn and masturbation for 17 days now, with one relapse 6 days ago. I have been looking at porn about 5 days a week for the past 4 years so I know that probably most of you have been looking more and for longer than I have, dont lie, many of you are girl starved.

Here is a list of what I have experienced, and its all negative.
  • bad frontal headaches
  • brain fog and difficulty remembering
  • insomnia (only fall asleep about 2 hours each night
  • lethargic, don't wanna do sh*t can barely cook my food
  • don't socialize, hate talking
  • nearly cried in front of superior at work
  • craving for porn and sex scenes always flashing in my head
  • pain in my joints and tense shooulders
  • anxiety even when no one is around

I'm going to keep at it because I know it will get better with time, but this f*ckin sucks. Absolutely horrible for my work, seriously thought I might have a panic attack today, my supervisor was just like "wha...", and I'm typically a pretty calm and relaxed guy. Overall, I'm extremely surprised with the amount of positive experiences I see, tho I do agree that to be free from the addiction will result in these successes that I have read.

Masturbation is something you are biologically programmed to want to do, its not really an addiction, drinking and smoking are not things you are biologically programmed to do they are addictions.

Its kind of like saying your addicted to breathing.

You aren't biologically conditioned to sit in front of a screen and jack off to it, pornography is clearly an addiction, you become programmed to need porn to get more dopamine. Many of the symptoms in alcohol and cocaine withdrawals are found in porn withdrawals.

But masturbation in itself isn't an addiction, I agree with you there, it's the porn.

Just because you are biologically programmed to do it doesn't mean its impossible to make it an addiction.
You guys arent seeing the fact that an addiction is anything in an excessive amount, that will affect other areas of your life.

Masturbating, after 90days cleanse when your dopamine levels and brain gets rebooted is fine.
Masturbating multiple times in a day, is excessive.
Just like people go to rehab for sex addiction among other things..
