Do it like i do. Its unsafe from days 11 to 18 of a girl's period (if her period is regular), so i extend this to 9-24.

No, this is pretty serious. He could end up getting her pregnant or a disease. Even if it is a common question, it should be taken seriously.
Try practiciing with different condom sizes while you're alone. Be sure not to get one that is too narrow, though, or it will burst during intercourse.
Also, porn shops tend to sell female condoms. I think Spencer's (mall store) also sells them in case you're underage. Anybody can go into that store.

If you are really into to having sex with her without a condom, you could always make her take the 'morning after pill'. It's just a giant dose of the p-pill that chicks take uptil 72 (or 48, im not sure) hours after unprotected sex. I dont know how it is in italy, but in norway chicks can get it for free over the counter at the pharmasi/chemist.
"morning after pill" You can get that at planned parenthood, but they don't like dispensing it because its aftereffects are pretty severe. Nausea, bleeding, cramps. It's like a miniature abortion.

unfortunately, here in italy, the morning after pill cannot be bought without a medical recipee, so u have to go the doctor WITH your parents... and that wouldn't be funny. plus it costs over 100$.
