It's not about WHAT foods (not that much atleast), it's about HOW MUCH. How many calories, and how many of those are carbs, proteins and fats.

I'd suggest you educate yourself on the forums of www.bodybuilding.com . Try to learn a lot of stuff. You also have to work out somehow. Any gyms in your area?

Hey man I really like your style, and I'm also a really strong believer in inner game. I read that mode one book after you mentioned it in your journal. It sounds like it cuts out all the bullsht from life and wastes no time.

I want to try it, but I feel like if I say something straightforward like that to a girl, she's going to be like wtf? Then tell all her friends. I know I'm being a wussy, but I go to a small school and I feel like if I **** up once my chances are practically done, jus cause of how small the environment is. What's your belief in relation to that?

Yeah you right Norwegian, spent alot of time online learning, I have started with basic exercise though, push ups, sit-ups etc, I am still looking for a gym in the mean time.
So I remember once Norwegian said something like porn can contribute to ED...Gawdamn, the player was right, oh so right! The effects that wankin' and watching porn have on the brain are trully horrifying! I don't want to exaggerate, but do yourself a favour and read articles at yourbrainonporn.Com, you will be shocked.

So now the challenge is to avoid porn,masturbation and if possible orgasm for like two month, so that my brain can resensitize itself to real women and not just some air brushed women. So today I was chilling in my normal spot when I overheard some two girl speaking a language that seemed so effin' raunchy! I just had to introduce myself, so I asked one of my buds to accompany me.

Oh BeanDean my player, well I think we in the same situation, my school is not more than 900, half are guys so as you can imagine, chances are dire at times. But basically I've found out that when I am direct and get rejected in Highschool, her friends get CURIOUS...And you know what they say right? Curiousity killed the cat. So like I say sometimes, its not getting rejected, its getting your "consolation prize" that means you didn't waste time, money and effort.
But obviously one must use common sense(how common is common sense?)...Haha but really man, ModeOne doesn't mean being all rough with zero social skills, you can still be smooth and direct. I can give you a link which will further give you deeper analysis(I am sorry but I kinda have some difficulties explainin some stuff, hope I wasn't too vague)

One week holiday is over, time for school now. Spent the holiday battling my demons (porn and mb). I caved in once though, its all good though.

Ah Players its that critical moment for my academics, for the next 3 weeks I'm going to hit the books and revise and then write my end-year exams for a duration of 3 weeks, so six weeks of no nothing.
You see I spent too much time focusing on ladies last year and I paid the price by repeating the current grade I am in, it still stings abit when I see my hommies who are finishing school this year, I too would be, but I guess I ****ed up.

So its 7 am and Sabz is at my place, I am basically chowing so I tell to wait for me in the car. I then went out and got into the car to meet this girl, her name is Vero. Im basically chill and just talkin with all of them, there were 4 of us. So we get to my dads place, this time theres no snacks(kinda broke).

After some small talk which ironically took quite a long time. Sabz took his girl to a room. Now I'm left one on one with her, she had been quite shy so I had it all to do, I'm sure you know now, kino..Blah blah blah, we kiss, she backs out, I kiss her again, she backs out again. Next thing we in the bedroom and making out heavy, but damn she was so resistant about me taking off her pants, threw the whole "We jus met, I don't want you to think I'm cheap".
Ofcourse I tried to work it out verbally, worked to some extent. And then Physicall, well If I had done more then it would be borderline rape. Tried all I could really, then I thought..Ah fvck it all then.

Assanova is very egoic-confidence based but still very, very good. His lines suit my personality and his general philosophy does as well BUT some of his stuff just doesn't work for me. Some of it messes me. He assumes that you have the confidence to approach and escalate so he just throws things out there. He is advanced. Verbal game like his takes a lot longer than physical game, the pay off is you require less confidence. and rejections are less harsh.

Players, I've been so sad, and kinda ticked off the whole of last week, I've basically locked myself inside my room, yesterday was the first time I went OUTSIDE the house, I've been avoiding EVERYONE. I feel like shyt. This is my low point, I can't even force a smile.
I think my anxiety about my school's report card is getting to me hectically, I know I did well, but I failed last year and I'm having flashbacks about it. Besides my peers, were having their annual high school dance yesterday...I should've been there damnit! Man its like everyone around me is having fun, and because people usually come to me for advice, they can't notice my fake smile. The 9th of December can't come any sooner!
