Ok the other day (Sunday) I decide to go to blockbuster and rent a dvd......Im browsing the new releases and I see a movie that looked ok (Old School FWIW) but they were all out.......I go to the counter hoping that maybe there is a recently returned copy.
So I am looking through them and I notice this hot chick workin behind the counter about 15 feet away......she is about 5'8, fit, blonde, great legs (long) hot a$$! She is fine! I ask her if she would check the drop box for me to see if there are any copies there.........
Se says sure, walks over to the bin, which is on the far side of the building, I casually walk over to that side because by now she is a mile away.....There must have been a lot of movies in the bin because she is now crouching down going through them all......I tell her that I feel guilty making her go through them all, she responds that she doesn't mind, as she has nothing else to do anyway (its 1130 pm) they close at 12. I ask if she has any luck, she says Final Destination 2 is in! This was another popular release, and I assume she was being considerate and that at least I coul get that one if Old School wasn't in....then she triumphantly holds up in her hand Old School, as she found it.
So I tell her I will take it, she walks over to the counter, and we make eye contact while I give her my card....I decide to make my move......I can tell she is younger for sure......by how much I am not sure, I am 29 .. though I figure she must be around 20 at most.
Not sure of the best way around this, I say to her "You're kinda cute, I'd get your tel # from you if you weren't so young.... lol she smiles at me, kinda flips her head, hair and says "How old do you think I am?" I say.....hmmm and to sound respectable I say 21? She says well I am 19......."I get that a lot though" (I wasn't sure if by this she was refering to the cute or the 21 comment) she seemed quite friendly during all this.......Then she asks me if I am a carpenter.....I say nope...why do you ask, she motions to the blackened finger nail I have (smashed it in a sliding patio door while drinking) I tell her this.........she says that she once walked into and broke a patio screen door while drinking once....we laugh I tell her I've most likely done that before too.....
At this point we exchange a couple more friendly words, but am not sure where to go witht it........I sign take the movie.......smile tell her goodbye, I noticed her name tag said Natalie, so I said goodbye Natalie, see you around.
At this point when I go outside there are some younger guys 18-21 standing outside near my car (porsche) they are like wow man nice car! I say thanks and get in, there like give us a show, so I gave her a little shot as i leave the lot (nothing obnoxious)....I think that when I was getting in the car, I noticed Natalie looking out the window at me....although I didn't want to gawk at her.....
I "think" that during all this there was another girl working somewhere in the store, but I cannot remember.
Afterwards I felt good for approaching her and breaking the ice, but felt disapointed I hadn't tried to close the deal, I think the reason was I was intimidated by her age, but I was defintely attracted to her.
The next day I am returning the movie, I am determined to ask her, more seriously this time, for her #. I get there walk in, place the movie in the return bin, the "other" girl says "hi" as they always do at blockbuster.......I notice that Natalie is busy with a customer as I walk by the counter.......not wanting to stand there waiting for her like a dork I decide to keep on trucking out the door......I would have said hi (should have) as she kinda raised her head as I walked by (my mistake I feel, was leaving and not saying hi or something similar).
So I feel like I failed after I get into my car and leave...... and I was kinda pissed at the circumstances/bad luck customer was keeping her busy, and that I didn't do something better than just leave........
I decide the next day to try again, I know this is not helping things to keep going back and back, but what else could I do???
She isnt working that night so I rent a movie anyway, I work nights, and get off at 11 pm, there isn't much going on that time of night anyway....I think that the "other" girl was lurking there somewhere again but I cannot remember......
The next day after work I bring the movie back....I walk in drop it on the counter, I notice that Natalie isn't there....$hit!!!
As I go to leave, the "other" girl says to me..... "she isn't here" I said "who isn't here?" she says "Natalie....she isn't working tonight" I say "what makes you say that" she says "I noticed a sequence" and she then says "I'll tell her you were here though" I sorta grin, and say bye and I leave.........I think the night I met Natalie that this other girl (a total nottie) was working right beside here as well, and I am sure she either heard our conversation, or that Natalie told her afterwards? This other girl looks a little older (23 maybe) and I doubt they have a lot in common outside of work, but you never know.
So what do I do now! Do I go back, or cool it for a while.....I never intended this to happen like this, it was like the snowball rolling downhill lol.......do I go back? Does she have any interest in me? I can't tell, I get indecisive with youger chicks.....normally I would be apprehensive, but I am thinking in my ind that she won't like older guys.......cause normally I am quite smooth relatively.....just younger girls mess me up lol!
Should I go back with a buddy next time, so I dont look like a loser, or maybe bring a good looking girl "friend" next time? I have some hottie friends at work that would do it, that are not much older than Natalie (20/21)
Help! I really am attracted to this chick, Id say she is 8.5-9.0 on the scale.
Any help appreciated, I should mention that I am a good looking guy, in good shape, stylish, good personality, have good luck with girls generally.....what should I do?
