so really weird. i was set on going out and texting her at 1245ish with the booty call text. but here is what happend. early in the nite i went to one bar in one city. i got a text from a girl i use to bang (but the ex thought we were just friends) and she said she just saw her at the bar shes at. i said well tell her i said "blakjlkajdljafja." she laughed and said (my ex's friend who shes with) said "hey your the dui girl". back story this girl i was hangin out with i got a dui with before my ex, but my ex thought we were just friends.... so anyway, that girl texted me and said" your exs friend called me the dui girl in the bathroom". 5 min later my ex texts me "i didnt know you ****ed that girl sarah. shes soo gross." so i feel confident cuz any emotion from my ex shows emotion towards me. i decide to not respond to her text. 1hr later she shows up at my bar that im at. we talk.....we talk for a while. she talks about how she came over last weekend for sex and how i turned her down and how she tried to "cuddle" and i said no. yah dah yah dah.,, then all of a sudden her guy friend cuts us off, and we dont get to talk. the rest of the nite we really dont get to chit chat, however i was with a girl the whole nite and she was trying to make me jealous with some douche bag. anyway. end of the nite comes, so i decide to make the booty call since i made that obligation. even though i know her sis and ALL of her girl friends are staying at her place tonite i sent the text anyway. i sent "you should come over tonite". i got no response but i know for a fact she wouldnt have been able to come because all of her friends plus her sis was staying over at her place. why did i send it then? because i wanted her to know that im ok with the booty call. hopefully she will text me tommorow. ill keep you updated again.

Keep her as a bootycall. Don't get emotionally invested, because it looks like she isn't either. You're just an ex that she's banging on the side. No big deal. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if you're only one of several guys she's banging at the moment. It's not really that uncommon for chicks to bang their ex bfs and gay friends on occasion. You're safe, don't count, and are just her sexual release. At least that's how it plays out in a lot of cases. This is why if you start getting emotional and heap a bunch of emotional baggage on the "relationship" she may very well bolt.

In short, don't rock the boat and just be happy with the status quo.

Obviously, your words (txt's) weren't going to get you anything. But look what your actions (being seen with someone else) did for you. Good job on using the right tools to temporarily elevate her desire.

BTW, I find it odd that you continue to run into your EX so often. Wait, maybe it's fate re-uniting you with your soulmate.

Dude its late here. I admit I haven't read this whole thread, but I will make time tomorrow. If she is closer to the side of the fence as being LTR material then its worth considering. If not then keep her a booty call if you can handle it without getting emotionall attached. You can do that by spinning other plates which you shoudl be doing or trying to at least anyways.

That said, if you want more than just FB this is what I would do which you shold be dong anyways:

balanced gym regimine, take care of your apparance and dress respectably and manly, wear a good cologne not too strong not too much, act ****y and funny, which can be a result of having options and practicing on them, if its the winter and you are pale, get a clean cut haircut and go tanning a couple time, engage her in conversation, draw her in with your manly sedcutiveness, KISS HER, don't let her disrespect you in any way but don't be a controlling afc, dont talk to her like a nervous child. have a life.

update.... so she texted me last nite telling me how cute my nephew is. i texted her tonite saying we should go out. she said she had plans but we should hook up later tonite. i said cool, ill call her when i get out of the bars..... here we are after the bars, i texted her said im on my way home whats up for tonite? she responded a couple minutes later saying , can you drive?" i said yeah why?" no response... i think i know whats going on how she is happy being single and looking for better replacments, however im still around. im still wondering where i fit in in the whole scheme of things. help and advice is appreciated. thanks.

Here is an Idea. Stop spending what little money you having going to bars and restaurants everyweekend, and go back to college, or get some career training. Like you said you are 28 work in retail, live paycheck to paycheck and all you are worried about is some chick who dumped you.

I know this sounds harsh but if you start going back to school, career training, or moving into adulthood she will like you more, as well as other girls. I assume you live with your parents and make 8-13$ an hour.

I am in army working on a phd right now and im 29, you should think about maybe joining up as a reservist so you can get college paid for. Just a thought, so much of this board is about banging chick and GAME. But if you had your degree, a good job, and some money, you would be that much better at the bars or clubs etc. Enhance your life my friend, Carpe Diem...

As a side note, if you want this girl which you really do, stop calling her asking her out all the time. You keep asking for advice and when anyone tells you to

She knows you are on her beck and call and if she wanted you to take her out you would in a heart beat. So just assume that when she is ready to go out with you she will tell you. Do not text her until being texted yourself. This way she will think you are doing other things, and maybe do not care anymore. Really try this do not call or text her until she calls or text you from now on, I know it is hard but promise yourself not to do this, it will work so much better.

Go get an education, a career and get some hotter chicks.
