Okay I've decided to make a journal for 2014.

I am deciding to do this for multiple reasons.

1) I feel it is a crucial factor in becoming the best person one can become

2) I want to hit a point where women are all over me and I get to pick which pvssy out of the group I want to ravage

3) I want to be a man who goes his own way and does his own thing and become a person people look up to

4) As sad as it is to say this, the main reason is - To get over my stupid slvt ex girlfriend.

5) I have A LOT of questions for the users and Master DJ's and feel like it would be annoying to the whole forum to post a plethora of different threads when i could just ask everything in here and keep it more organized.

This journal will consist of many different documentations. Some of the things i want to document in this journal are:

a. ALL my dealings with women and everything included in that (I will try and post pics)
b. Working out and progress
c. And everything I learn on the way. Hopefully this aspect may help some people who are reading become better people themselves.

And seeing as I am very young (20 years old) I welcome ALL criticism and constructive advice that may help me along my journey to become the best man I can become. Plus i will be asking ALOT of questions in order to understand the Don Juan way of life.

My goals for 2014 and how I plan on achieving them are:

1) Get 4.0 sessional GPA
- Read ALL of my readings for the next week right after class
- Study without mercy - 4 hours minimum a day
- Make a sh!t load of new friends in order to use them as resources
- go to guidance counsellor each month to record progress
- DO NOT procrastinate

2) Gain 20 pounds of muscle with as little fat gain as possible
- Gym 4 times a week (maybe raise to 5 times after 12 week phase)
- Eat a disgusting amount of food will caloric surplus of maybe 500Cal
- Lift like a retarded beast
- Drink minimum of a gallon of water a day
- No fast food
- Record progress - caloric intake/foodlog/bimonthly weight/increase in lifting

3) Read minimum 1 book a month
- Read for 30 minutes before I sleep every night and on my way to school
- Make a list of books to read

4) Quit drinking coffee
- Just dont fvcking drink it

5) Sleep with 15 girls
- Expand my social circle VASTLY
- Flirt with every girl that is a 6-10
- Fvck 7-10's - 6's if they have a 9-10 quality like tits or a**
- Read an article from the DJ bible everyday and take notes
- Constantly analyze my game and make sure my game is tight
- Review what I did right and what i did wrong in social encounters to better arm myself the next time
- Ask you guys a sh!t load of questions
- Have fun and enjoy the process

6) Save 6000$
- Put 500$ in my savings account every month

I will probably add more goals as they come to me

A little background info on ya boy:

Im a white dude who lives in Toronto, I'm 5'11 weighing 155, muscular but still skinnier then I want to be, I have a european look, and dress very well, always get complemented on my apparel, I go to University of Toronto for Psychology and hope to go to Law school after (but haven't made up my mind yet) and I'm a pretty loveable guy who gets along with people very well and girls tend to like me a lot - just not the ones i want.

So yeah, I plan on fvcking 2014 in the a**hole and making it my loyal servant b!tch !!

So the next couple posts I'm going to make are just a couple update posts on what has been happening in my life and all the plates I'm dealing with right now and other prospective plates that will become my plates in the near future, plus my workout routine, diet routine, and list of books i want to read for 2014.

Okay this is my workout plan for the next 12 weeks, and i might implement it for a further 12 weeks if the gains are there.

Monday - LEGS

1. Squats - 4 x 8 reps
2. Leg press - 3 x 8 reps
3. Leg curl - 3 x 8 reps
4. Lunges - 2 x 8 reps
5. Calf raises - 3 x 15 reps
6. 10 minutes of high intensity interval cardio

Wednesday - SHOULDERS/BICEPS

1. Shoulder press - 3 x 8
2. Dumbbell side laterals - 3 x 8
3. Bent over Dumbbell raise - 2 x 8
4. Standing military press - 3 x 8

going to keep the diet very simplistic because this is what has ben messing up my gains for the past year of working out. i havent had a proper diet to gain mass and i need to pack on muscle and the only way to do that is a mutually exclusive regiment of diet and workout so as long as i hit my macros i should be good.

also for supliments ill be taking

creatine
multivitamin
fishoil pills
and xtend - which is batched chained amino acids - helps with muscle recover



oh and Lotus - thanks man! i will most definitely give those books a gander :) ive read a couple on that list so i know the rest must be fantastic as well. much respect mate for that list. repped.

That is a great list of books indeed, and I recommend you read them all!
Now I'm going to some things more old school, and whenever I have an updated list with more 'Classical Books' I'll be sure to keep you posted!

In fact, you helped me as well, 'cause I've been hitting the gym, but I did not had an specific plan, so reading yours really gave me a 'battle plan'!

New Years Eve, and some more goals!

Well, where do I begin!?

New Years Eve

So basically on NYE I went to a huge house party with a couple of famous Youtubers I know, and it was OFF the chain.

There was a good 200 people there, and ALL the women were VERY sexy.

At the start of the night I went around with one of my good friends and hes also famous on Youtube and we conversed with the majority of women and I got a couple numbers. They were light skinned women, which isn't my FAVORITE but i didn't complain

But around 11:30 I was done with gaming because that friend kept feeding me drinks and I was getting very smashed. So at this point I was still talking to women but didn't really give a sh*t about numbers or pvssy or anything of the likes.

The rest of the night was pretty crazy. I made out with a 8-9/10, but didn't get her number, and I could tell that there was maybe 4-5 other girls that wanted my number but I was too wasted to do anything about that. :woo:

Overall it was a hell of a night, and I am happy with the outcome. I am also happy that i drank ALOT because Im not drinking in 2014 and drinking that much really put me off of alcohol.

More Goals

Over the past couple days a couple more goals came up that I forgot I wanted to achieve for 2014

1: Don't drink alcohol for 2014.

2: Become an overall more chilled person and work on my temper.

3: Write a lot more. And get good at it.

Plates

Okay so, right now I have 2 maybe 3 plates

But the third one I'm thinking of dropping because she isn't really up to my standards and is quite annoying.

Plate 1: HB-redhead - cute, tall, kind of annoying, has only fvcked one guy a couple times, so shes fresh.

okay so HB-redhead is supposed to be coming over tomorrow and we are supposed to fvck for the first time. This is all good, but last time she said she was down to fvck but when it all came down to it she backed out.

So we will see what happens here.

Question: If she backs out again should I drop her or freeze her out? What would you guys do in this certain situation?

Plate 2: HB-Italian - very cute, VERY short, extremely quiet, but has very high interest levels in me. she goes to my school.

So I went on a date with this girl about 5 days ago, I kiss closed. Then as she was getting on the subway, she kissed me. Date went pretty good, I was charming and funny and I kept catching her staring at me and then she would smile and look down at one point when she did this I grabbed her and hugged her and kissed her cheek and went "AWWWW" and she blushed haha, just making fun of her ;).

She's okay. Nothing special. Maybe 7/10 on a good day. I haven't contacted her since the date, and I don't think I will, to be honest. She seems like the type of girl where you would have to date her for like 3 months minimum to get any tang.

Well she goes to my school and we study together quite often so I will be seeing her again and we'll see how she acts towards me after what happened at the date.



I want to fvck these plates as soon as I can and then drop them, because I need to keep moving and never be in stasis. I want to go to higher levels and attain sexier women. The only way to do that is to be in flux. So I will most definitely drop these girls when I fvck them and then hopefully by that time I will have a couple plates that are 8-9/10.

One of my main goals for 2014 in attaining women is going to be to up my level of cold approach. So I will do a whole post related to that sometime this week and my plans accordingly.

Other

Right now I'm reading two books:

1: The singularity is near by Ray Kurzweil
This is basically a book on how emerging technologies in the 21st century is going to lead up to unprecedented knowledge and we will eventually hit a technological singularity which will fundamentally and irrivercably alter human existence forever

2: Mastery by Robert Greene
Ive read all of Robert Greene's books except I was not aware that he had made another (Shout out to lotus effect for the list and showing me this book). So i went and grabbed it and so far so good.

And I just finished 1984 by George Orwell. Really good book although didn't like the ending.

As for working out and keeping up with my diet. So far so good. I am almost done week one of my 12 week program. I have to kick it up a notch with the diet though. Start preparing my meals before hand so its easier.

What type of classics are you reading? i was thinking about getting into russian literature like dostoyevsky and tolstoy.. have you read any of their books?

And yeah mate I'm not gunna go on her social media any more lol. In fact I'm going to try hard not to even talk about her on this journal. I'll keep that stuff for the NC thread. But I appreciate everything man. It's been 2 days since I've looked at her social media. I want to. But I won't.

What you said is true. It is like a drug. I have to completely eradicate myself from it. Go through the withdrawal symptoms. Nothing good can come from what is on her social media. Only things that will FEED or HURT my ego. I have to learn to take control of my ego. No news is the best news.. haha right?

Okay so I haven't posted here in 11 days just because I wanted to actually get a decent head start on my goals instead of rambling on here about them..

So basically the past week and a half has been pretty uneventful.

Ive been back at school and I've been really cramming my textbooks and focusing on working out and eating the proper nutrition. I will admit that my nutrition could be more refined as I tend to under eat.

note: Make concerted effort to hit daily macros.

As far as plates go, I dropped HB-redhead, shes crazy.

And HB-Italian is going pretty smooth, have a study date with her tomorrow, going to take things a little further.

I REALLY need to make a concerted effort to start cold approaching girls, especially because there is so many at my school and I ALWAYS catch them staring at me or giving me the look. I need to act upon it. There is also many HB's at my gym, but i am considering not cold approaching them only because i do not want to mess my sanctuary up. I go there to relax and sh!t and hit the weights. Its my time you know?

I rode the bus with a girl today that I sort of cold approached, I said hey to her once before. We got along very well BUT she's pretty ugly lol, so i will keep her around and maybe she has some hot friends. Just trying to expand my social circle :)

In other news, I joined the NO FAP CHALLENGE and am on DAY 3. I am very curious to see how no fap effects me physically, psychologically and emotionally. So I will definitely be documenting my progress and observations on here as well..

Here are some other goals that I plan on following through on this year! This list I carry around with me at all times in my wallet and I try to read it every single day in the morning and before bed.

1. Quit coffee
2. No fap/porn
3. No alcohol/weed
4. Only drink water
5. Start taking kale shakes
6. Multivitamin and fish oils every day
7. Always be early
8. Always have a clean room

a. Wipe down desk and laptop everyday
b. Change sheets once a week
c. Vacuum every other day
d. Do one big clean up a month
9. Wash hands more
10. Make concerted effort to keep house clean

a. Wash dishes when you see them
b. Empty garbage when its full
11. Don’t swear
12. Eat plethora of fruits and veggies
13. Keep clothes clean and fresh

a. Always have hung up
b. Throw bounty sheets in closet and drawer
c. Keep lint roll in closet
d. Keep shoes tidy
14. Talk to more girls/ cold approach without mercy
15. Brush teeth 3 times a day and floss before bed
16. Do not engage in arguments
17. Be more chilled/energetic/happy/optimistic
18. Laugh and smile more
19. Cleanse before bed



I will most likely add to this list.

Overall its been a good start to 2014 and I am so far happy with how i've spent the first 2 weeks. The next 50 weeks are going to be amazing!

3 weeks since I've updated, and I sort of fell off documenting my progress.

Like I said it is very difficult for me to stick to goals.. But I am determined!

Because I want to seriously accomplish my goals, I am going to be more diligent with my progress.

This is how the layout of my journal is going to be.

I will update my journal every single day, with 4 headings.

1) what did I do today that positively impacted my goals
2) what did I do today that negatively impacted my goals
3) other
4) goals for tomorrow

and every single day I will document in this journal every specific thing. It will be tedious but I need to do this for myself to build good habits and mold me into the person I know in my heart I can become. On a side note the first two headings will concern it self with strictly my goals

The once a week on Sundays I will do a bigger post with weekly objectives that I will set up for the following week this will make it so that each week I can strive to better myself with those little objectives, and each week as I complete these objectives it will amalgamate into the bigger goals.

Okay so I will also restate my goals every Sunday as well to stamp it into my head. This is the only way I will achieve what I want.

WARNING: Lol I expect this journal to become VERY annoying so feel free to avoid reading it if you please, it will be extremely repetitive. But I need to do this for myself in order to better myself, So this isn’t really for reading pleasure. this is the only way I can do it. I wish I could be that guy that just says im going to do it and it happens but im not. I need to deligently document it and be super strict on myself.


My goals

1) weigh 175 lbs 5% body fat
2) 4.0 sessional GPA
3) expand my social circle vastly

What I did today that positively impacted my goals

- I woke up at 8 am and went to school
- By 10 am I was at school and I studied all day for my midterm until 8:45pm
- I was very social with the people I was studying with
- Met a couple new people
- Set up a study date with this girl for tomorrow
- Which will kill two birds with one stone; studying and pvssy
- Finished one of my assignment

What I did today that negatively impacted my goals

- I didn’t eat very much and was running on coffee
- This one girl came and studied for a bit and I kinda choked up a bit when talking and it was pretty damn embarrassing but I quickly diffused my social anxiety
- I may have talked a little too much today and swore quite a bit which im trying to cut back a little bit on – kinda makes me look bad
- Did not work out

Other

- I fapped today and I have made a decision to add no fap to my goals, so starting now im day 1 no fap/ no porn
- I cleaned my room
- I have to set up a guidance appointment for school to talk about course selection
- I have to update my resume

Goals for tomorrow
- realistically Im going to have a coffee so I will make it a small and after that only water
- be completely chill, make a concerted effort to be chill as fvck
- complete my Tuesday assignment for school
- make sure to eat a caloric surplus
- if I get home from school before 8 go to the gym
- be a DJ when on the study date

Sunday reflection

Goals for the upcoming week:
- go to the gym monday, wednesday, friday, saturday
- bring a lunch to school when i go
- dont buy food at school
- do my assignment
- catch up on readings and make notes on the readings
- watch all the psych lectures
- organize my closet
- grocery shopping thursday
- be more chill and fun to be around
- avoid causal swearing
- continue to pursue girl in my class
- talk to 5 new people/ make them my friends
- continue no fap
- dont waste time on youtube/internet
- don’t analyze my actions so deeply
- don’t listen to my ipod for the whole week – I want to try and be more in the moment really want to see how this affects me

a look at this past week:
-I would say that this past week was somewhat productive even though I caught a cold at the beginning of this week
-I have gotten over my cold and began working out again
-I am glad that I have started documenting in this journal again
-Going to follow my gym routine that ive posted above
-I have positively motivated the person I am currently living with to cooperate we me so we can keep our living area tidy and our kitchen clean so I can be diligent with my diet
-Also I have set up a grocery schedule in order to save money and stay on top of my eating habits
-The only bad thing I would say that I have done this week is text this old plate that I was dealing with a month ago and she did reply… kind of a buzzkill but rejection isn’t something I take to seriously, and it doesn’t really seem to affect me all that much
-Furthermore, ive been working on some plates at my school this past week and I went to a party last Saturday and deepened some of my social connections with people I know – moving from acquaintances to friends, and friends to good friends.

What i did today that positively impacted my goals

-I went to the gym and killed it
-I studied a little bit for my mid term
-Cleaned up my room – tends to get messy with clothes every day
-After I finish this journal Ill be reading something prevalent to my assignment this week
-Drank a lot of water
-Managed my casual swearing
-Went grocery shopping and picked up only foods that will benefit my physical goals
-Cleaned up the house
-Stayed positive throughout the day

What I did today that negatively impacted my goals

-didn’t eat enough
-drank a lot of coffee
-when I was out with my family today I was talking waaaay to much lol, could tell I was being kind of annoying
-ohhhh yeah, and I flopped on the girl today for that study date, but realistically she’ll probably like me more cus of it

other

-basically my main objective or goal for this journal and my journey through this year is to build positive habits and eradicate any negative habits I already have instilled in my personality.
-That’s it really for today ;)

okay, my bad i didn't post in my journal last night but i had a late class and by the time i got home i was too tired.

so i will recap yesterday and the beginning of today for ya'll and what ive been doing towards accomplishing my goals.

i will admit that yesterday was kind of whack in terms of moving towards my goals

What i did yesterday and today that positively impacted my goals:

- i went to school on time
- had a weight gain shake in the morning
- i talk to a random girl at my bus stop but she was kind of weird looking - seemed to be very interested in me - this is a big step up because im sort of a pvssy when it comes to cold approach
- i really made an impact on the girl in my class that i want to fvck
- i was kino-ing like MAD and making her laugh like crazy - she was returning the kino and by the end of the class she was talking to me about s3x and was basically begging me to tell her about my sex life - i hinted at it being amazing.
- i had an overall positive attitude throughout the day with a big smile on my face :) - also considering i had a crap load of dreams about my ex the night before.
- oh and ive been reconnecting with a couple plates i had before and just some other people that i used to be friends with - my phone was off the hook last night, which is good for my social goals

today

- i fully cleaned up my house and my room
- had a weight gain shake - like 1300 calories
- just about to eat my second meal - i am going to make a conscious effort to eat a caloric surplus today
- drank lots of water
- dont have class today but i will study a bit for my psyche course
- im going to workout today later tonight around 9
- so far very positive attitude :)

what i did yeserday and today to negatively impact my goals:
- i did not eat enough lol
- had coffee
- didnt write notes in my class because of the girl
- listened to my ipod - so what im going to do is just leave my headphones at home tomorrow - im going to read on the bus instead for a change
- room got messy - im going to make a concerted effort to keep it super clean from now on by cleaning up as i make a mess
- i swore like crazy

other
- i fapped lol....
- so im back to day 1...

anyways i hope you all have a fantastic fxcking day and go out there and accomplish your goals!!!

Sweet progress so far. What happens if you don't eat enough? I'm working out as well.

And here's the BEST tip for learning how to cold approach: talk to EVERYONE around you. In less than a week of doing this you'll be comfortable approaching ANYONE, which includes cute girls around campus.

Your journal really inspired me to keep up with my journal as well. Reading your progress was really eye opening to me. It take some balls to keep writing, and to be open with yourself, and with everyone else reading!

Aight, im going to do a second post today because I want to get back on track and do my journals at night again.

So ill just recap what I did today after I posted.

Positives

- So basically I ate like an absolute beast today, all healthy calorie dense foods. Which is good I definitely hit a caloric surplus..

- I also went to the gym and fxcking killed back and biceps and had like 5 girls stare at me… fxck I know I can get so much pvssy if I man up and talk to these girls. I ALWAYS get girls looking my way.

- Theres literally two girls at the gym who get wet from me, you can tell because every time I look their way I catch them staaaaring at me… lol im living up to my user name too much right now. But it’s the truth.

- I also decided today that im going to get a tattoo in the next month or two, once im shredded, because im already looking really muscular, I just want to gain a bit more weight. Itll go nicely with my eyebrow piercing.

- Okay, I also reconnected with one of my good highschool buddies who goes to the same school as me but just a different campus. He invited me to a party this Sunday, which I will drink a little bit at, and get as many numbers as I can. I am always VERY confident at the party scene, I can just turn it on and cold approach like its nothing. I just have trouble cold approaching in the day, or at my campus, which I one of my main goals to work on!

- I also got tinder back after like 2 months of deleting it. So far 19 matches in a day. pretty damn good if u ask me.. when I deleted tinder I had around 90-100 matches.

- Ive been re-reading the 48 laws of power as well as there are timeless laws in there that truly altered my life when I first read them.

Negatives

-I had coffee again today, but I only had one which is good, as I usually have 2-3
-I didn’t approach the girls at the gym – I don’t think I want to fxck up my workout by approaching but at this point I should approach every girl no matter where so I become comfortable with it, THEN AND ONLY THEN will I not approach girls at the gym – when I can but don’t want to.
-I didn’t study today.
-Didn’t text any girls or anything like that today

Other/question

-this girl at my gym looks exactly like my ex – shes one of the ones that constantly looks at me – MY QUESTION – should I talk to her? Or will it just bring back old bad memories?

hey vice!

the reason why i need to eat a sh!t load of food is because im bulking right now to pack on muscle, seeing as im an ectomorph (skinny fast metabolism) but ive managed to turn myself into a mesomorph sort of. so i have to keep eating a caloric surplus if i want to maintain my muscle and continue to add muscle to my frame. im 156-158 lbs right now and i want to be 175

also thanks for the advice, i will definitely talk to as many people as i can tomorrow at school and just be outcome independent.. sometimes its hard to put myself into those situations but im not going to let that affect me i MUST become an approach machine!

and yeah i think being open with goal is the most important thing, because other people are watching you progress and you have no room to slack or lie to yourself... at least thats how it works for me, for if i wasnt this open about my goals and progresses and digresses i would be slacking and never accomplishing anything.. this site has truely altered my life for the better and i am truly grateful that a community like this exists!

i hope my journal continues to motivate you and everyone on this thread! i really want everyone on here to start a daily journal and track their progress so we can all grow together and become bad ass mother fxckers! :D
