Hello. I am starting to diet and work out. The diet is not a big on. I will just cut down on eating what is bad. No fast food, soft drinks, unnecessary sugar/carbs. No sweets. I am not planning out a big diet because I know I can't stick to it. Eating is just one thing I desire. Basically do not eat what I know is bad for me. I don't like eating fruits or vegetables, except for broccoli and corn. That is my biggest downfall in my diet. Tomorrow I will hit the gym and lift weights and run. I will set a workout plan, it is one thing I can keep regular. Probably about an hour at the gym every other day. I will outline every workout I do tomorrow when I get the names of them. With the dieting and exercising, I will also start to read. A book called, "The F$ck Up" by Arthur Nersesian, hopefully it will be at the library tomorrow. I read this a few years ago and it was good. My overall goal is to lose 15 lbs. I am 20yo, 195lbs, 6' tall. With this plan, does it sound possible to accomplish this? Please critique as needed.
