A little background on Randy... This guys was maybe 6' 4", 220 pounds, well dressed, friendly, rugged and good looking, and a fvcking Delta pilot. By comparison I'm 5' 11", 165 pounds, have slightly thinning hair (barely noticeable), well dressed, and am slightly baby-faced.

Delta pilot, huh? I'm sure he volunteered this info while he was macking your girl, right? lol

Although this story is probably fake, I wouldn't run this past any woman. We all need a fresh reminder of what these woman are capable of.

I once had a plate that wanted to date me "so badly". Even dropped the L-bomb, but I would not budge. I told her I wanted to "wait" to be honest, I didn't really trust her. I also told her this, that I didn't really know her well enough, and she needs some time to build my trust because "I didn't know what she was capable of." (My exact words.) Mind you, this conversation was right after we had sex, and we're laying on my buddies bed at party/kickback. Right after this conversation, I go to have a few more drinks and she goes missing. So is my "friend" at the time. While trying to stay cool and calm, I let my emotions get the best of me. I ask around, I hear that my girl is in the bathroom. Then hear that my friend is in the bathroom from another person. Both in the bathroom huh? Shady. I walk up to the bathroom door, and I can hear the shower running. I try the door, it's locked. So I call both them out on their bullsh!t. And bang the door. They are both rattled. Eventually I busted down the door (which I later replaced) screaming profanities. I don't know what stopped me from beating the fvck out of my friends naked little a$$ but I didn't. I actually ended up storming off driving home all drunk. The girl had no remorse or shame after it all either. What hurt the most was the conversation we had literally RIGHT BEFORE this all happened.

Let me tell you man, woman are ruthless.

Fast forward a few months later, after NC whatsoever. She approaches me to tell me that was one of the biggest mistakes she ever made, blah blah. To which I replied with a "fvck off".

And if that wasn't enough to turn a man cold, I've got about 3 other stories just as bad if not worse. Although, I was always stupid enough to allow myself to get that close.

Don't really have that problem anymore.

While I generally believe the story, I question if this tall dude really was a Delta pilot. While ages weren't given, it sounds like a young guy. Doesn't it take many years to become a commercial airline pilot? Most I see are middle aged or older. It doesn't necessarily mean the OP is trolling though. This Randy guy probably lied about his job as a DHV to impress the chick.

Is the story possible though? Absolutely. I had a chick I went out with for a month leave with some dude during our date at a bar. She didn't say a word and just left with him hand in hand. Fortunately I had my own car. While an LTR chick would most likely cheat behind his back instead of right in his face, not much surprises me with women these days.

The same thing happened to a friend, only he was on the other side of the deal. It was about 12 months back. I head to the local bar with a couple of mates and ran into an old acquaintance I hadn't seen in years.
He walks up shakes hands and then blurts out
“I have a problem see that blond girl at the bar buying me a drink, she wants to fu*ck me"

I respond with
"How the hell is that a problem?"
And he fires back

I glance over at the guy; the pained look on his face is obvious. You can see he is in plead mode trying to come up with a way of getting his girl to stay faithful. You can feel his heartbreak from across the room and I turn away in disgust at her being so blatant and at his desperation.

She comes back with a drink for my friend and grabs his arm and starts chatting and giggling. BF just stands back a few steps behind with his drink, eyes downcast and thinking f*uck knows what. I'm thinking it must be an open relationship; no guy could just stand there and take that much disrespect. She continues flirting furiously with my mate.
So I ask the guy flat out what the deal is when no one else is around. He just passes it off that she is just a social person and that they have been happily together for 2 years. The guy isn't fooling anyone. Maybe it was just the beer, but he looked like he had tears welling up. The guy was defeat personified. I just tell him he can do better then put up with this $hit. He just shuts off and looks down.

No happy ending for the BF that night. I truly felt sorry for him. But life deals some harsh lessons and boy did he need to learn fast.

The thing that amazes me in all this is how most people (esp. men) in America think being fake and pretending nothing bothers you is being cool while you are dying on the inside and trying to save face on the outside and you could've sprung into action. You may say this is not true but it's because it hurts that's why you are here posting this. Really was your relationship that great and just suddenly fell apart in the space of 1 hour?
Maybe my words are harsh, but you can take the sympathy from the posts of other guys. How many times did things go wrong in your relationship and you took this same approach "being cool" or should I say "pretending" There were problems in your relationship and either you never saw it or you were being cool.
In my opinion when you got to the bar and sensed a problem you should have just bought your drink, made up an excuse to take your girl away from the situation to find out what's going on. If you feel the situation isn't going well then you just walk away instead of subjecting yourself to all that drama, and then still losing out in the end. I guess I'm saying this for next time.
