So yeh, I decided I need some sex decipline in my life & I need to get far far away from the corrupting & addictive nature of P0rn.

It's been 5 weeks, maybe a little longer since I last nutted lol and P0rn has been completely cut out from my life altogether.

This is my experience of no fap, semen retention so far..

01. I feel more energetic, my workouts in the gym are more intense, without getting exhausted.

02. My face is glowing more & my skin is better, especially around the eyes.

03. I don't feel that, unbearable urge, to go out and fuk thots anymore who are usually toxic & bring chaos to your life.

04. I feel like I can choose/make wiser decisions on who I have sex with, as I don't have that P0rn like addiction for slvtty girls.

05. I don't have that embarrassing/shameful, feeling anymore, which you get from jacking off to P0rn.

06. I'm more determined to get actual sex, by being Fearless about approaching girls in the outside world. I literally don't fear any rejection right now. Gained heaps of confidence with cold approach.

07. This is a big one... I'm hoping this isn't just antedotal lol. I have noticed chicks are starring at me alot longer & making straight up eye contact.. I need to test this out a little more, but I have definitely noticed that on maybe 6-7 occasions now, maybe even more, getting much longer stares.

These are just some of the positives I have experienced so far, and straight up, the thought of jerking off now, doesn't even come to my mind.

After 5/6 weeks of no fap, I have come to realise this..

01. The benefits of no fap that I am currently experiencing are worth it, I'm doing better with approaching girls, my confidence is high & I don't need P0rn at all right now.
