I'm saying that it's a word that has no inherent attachment to being "feminized *****," and if they want to use it to either describe how they feel about your story or how they think this girl felt, then they're justified in using it because it gets their point across. What's troubling is that you're trying to align that use of word with things like being a "chump"... You're trying to attack the terms of the discussion themselves, which is absolutely ridiculous.
