Along these lines, I went from 215 ish to 165 (lean not too skinny) and the attraction was starting to come when I got to around 185, at 165 I was too skinny...now I'm bulking and at 175 and attraction is back and rockin' big time. I'm average height at about 5'10 and have a bit of a baby face, but get DDB eyes once in a while so must be attractive. It's really just getting your foot in the door though, unless the girl is really into looks. Beyond that I've blown it an immeasurable amount of times because I failed to make a connection w/ the girl.
btw you can lose the fat really fast with a body building program that also includes some HIIT cardio, but focus on the lifting first, you'll get to keep your big leg muscles which you'll be happy about later... If I wanted to do it again, I would immediately start eating 6 times per day with mostly protein and some fats, and a small amount of complex carbs for daytime meals only, lowfat cottage cheese w/ pineapple before bed. You can lose it REALLY fast, I sh*t you not.
