I doubt they arrested you out of nowhere, threw you in the back of a squad car and drove you off to jail.

Pretty much they did, yeah... lets just say that the officer in charge of the situation had a thing or two against me, personally. The only mistake I made was trying to help someone. As for the specifics... thats really none of your business and I don't wanna' get of topic. The long and short of it is that I don't like most cops and for good reason. There are a few good ones out there, I'm sure... just not too many that I know of.

Being a cop is a public service job, just like being a firefighter, a paramedic, or a bus driver.

There are people who WANT to do these jobs, and doing them has nothing to do with 'alpha male behavior' at all.

And in pretty much any job, if you don't do what you're told, or what you are supposed to do, you get fired or lose all your money.

Guys, an 'alpha male' isn't defined by the shape of his jawline or his job.

Mostly it is just an illusion that they are serving the public.

If you walked into a business and stole a dollar item, and someone representing the business reported you to the police, the police would come and cite/arrest you. However if that same business were to knowingly cheat their customers and one of those customers became aware and called the police, the police would claim that there is nothing that they can do. You would have to deal with it in civil court.

I'm just saying that the police are there to serve and protect, just not you and I.

What are you trying to say? Its all real I dont understand what your point is... tthere is no narration or scripted dialog, it depends on the commentary of the officers and the actions of the people they come in contact with...

it just doesn't show the whole picture that's all.

cops in real-life (when there is no film rolling) can lose their targets, can run out of ammo, can be beaten up.

cops on the show 'COPS' (when the film is rolling) always catch their targets (and if they lose the target... that part is cut out of the film... UNTIL they find the target again), cut out parts of the film where they run out of ammo, cut out the parts where they are getting beat up.

in other words, the show 'COPS' show ignorant people, like yourself, that there is "no possible way to outrun the cops"... "so don't even try".

COPS also never seem to show the bit where they siphon off some of the confiscated narcotics for themselves, then go and **** a prostitute for free before pulling over a law-abiding black guy in a hot car for the 18th time that week then framing a bum for a crime they can't find the real perp of.

Think for a minute. Someone sits in an editing room and chooses what to show and what not to show. COPS isn't some unbiased look into the life of a cop.

What you need to happen to you, when you're older is when you buy your first expensive car. A cop pulls you over for speeding or whatever. He asks to search your vehicle, you exercise your 4th amendment rights and say no. He takes you out of the vehicle, handcuffs you, goes into your car and starts digging through it.

Let's say that night, you just happen to picked up an HB8 that had a little crack on her and she hid it under her seat. The cop finds it. You're under arrest and going to jail now. The cops impound your car, but before you'll ever get to see that, they literally disassemble your car from ripping the seats out, to checking under the car casing.

Your dad decides to bail you out before your trial for possession and you go down to the impound lot to get your car. You fork out a $500 fee and find out that you can't drive your car home because it was destroyed. And your insurance doesn't cover it.

I think that would be great justice or karma for you.

To the discussion at hand. I wouldn't call cops alpha males. I'd call them narcissistic fascists looking for subsistence. Not all of them, but the ones that act like they have the right to be fascist little nazis like cop movies. The ones that are good actually understand the concept of rights.

I would imagine MOST cops do not have passive personalities because the job does not allow it.

Yes a lot of them have the square jawline and most of them are also tall, I'll give you that. Other than that, I guess that's about it.

Only a slim number of cops are really good cops. We all know that being an alpha male doesn't necessarily make you a GOOD guy. So, go figure.

Most cops are alpha male who still needs a lot of work with their personality, and character, etc...Btw you don't need a square jaw line and an aggressive personality to be a GOOD guy!~

Cops is made to show the police in a positive light nothing more or less. Anything that looks bad to the police is removed or cut out of the film of the episode before it is shown.

Mahon being a cop has nothing to do with being Alpha. You could work in a flower shop and be alpha. Quit over analyzing every little thing in your life. Forget about the stats, who looks good, who is alpha, and different races. Concentrate on yourself mahon.
