"Your mom <insert poorly constructed humor here>"

Primitive attempts at being funny and usually lose respect for people slinging "your mom" insults/jokes around.

I can't stand when I'm working and someones says "Havin fun yet?"

Also, when people, (especially guys!) ask for a "ciggy" GAY!

I also hate all hip-hop speak, like "gimme a holla" "whats crackin?"

Oh, and the ever so popular "Where da bytches at?"

How about these:

"It is what it is..." I HATE that statement almost as much as i hate it's previous equivalent: "Whatever...".

Both of those statements usually reek of an apathetic attitude that I find quite off-putting.

Also, here's another cliche saying that I hear on idiot-assed TV almost every day:

"You, are...NOT, the Father!!!!"

But hey, wait a minute...at least that one is usually GOOD news, though.

Any woman who includes "fine dining" in her list of hobbies is typically scratched from my list.

When you come to work on monday and you aren't feeling really well and someone says: " Sounds like someone has a case of the monday's"

I believe you should get your ass kicked for saying something like that.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

"i know, right?"

"what the *fuck* is up?!" ...is that even necessary?

stupid females calling their friends bitches, sluts and whores just because they can when no one else can... and smile it off as if they're cute. (girls like this are embarrassing to even know. makes you /facepalm when you hear them say that.)

leet speak is fun... and hot when a girl understands and sarcastically jokes around with it.

"Step up to the plate"

Nothing makes me think I'm talking to a tool faster than when I hear a guy utter this phrase. It is invariably spoken by a guy who's never 'stepped up' himself or is glad you did so he wont have to, but will gladly take the credit himself.

I also automatically despise anyone who uses my own name in every third sentence. ",..and you know, Rollo, that's why,...blah blah,.." Nothing says "I'm selling you" faster than when a guy uses my name in conversation.

Same here, and also whenever I hear a chick say "soulmate" I get an urge to puke.
