Yea, we do have the super-cows, heh. But there are a LOT of people (esp. the smaller ones) who still grow cows with just plants and water.

how about we say that milk, meat, chicken, soy and all the other stuff we're debating here is good in moderation (b/c it is). and that a phd can give a good specific answer... if anyone here is certified to give us the medical/ textbook answer to these questions... ur input would be great
