I'm a Moderate, which means I will vote for a Conservative Democrat or a Moderate Republican, and quite frankly the front-runners on either side are all hogwash in my opinion.

Trump: From a business standpoint, this guy will always be my Idol, I just still don't take him seriously as a Presidential candidate. I mean he might do something such as gain enough votes to win the Republican nomination, but show up during the Republican National Convention and say he DOESN'T accept the nomination or something like that.

Carson: Has 0% experience or knowledge on foreign policy. You are running for Commander in Chief, how in the hell are you running for a position that you know nothing about and would have to "learn" on the job? While you are catching up trying to learn, we could get bombed and have to wait for you to figure out what the hell is going on before taking action.

Sanders: The guy is a Socialist, a pure fvcking Socialist. Do I need to go on?

Hillary: She will say whatever the fvck you want to hear to get her vote. People said Romney was fake, Romney has nothing on Hillary. Plus in every sense of the word, she's pretty much as Socialist as Sanders is, the entire Democratic Party is pretty much becoming Socialist.

The US as the world's super power is going to fall in the next couple of decades. Look at the four top contenders for President of the damn country, all CLOWNS by every stretch of the imagination.

I would have loved to see a Joe Biden on the Democratic side and a Collin Powell on the Republican side.

Traditional politicians - Biden, Kascish.... Just aren't cutting it so far. I guess Clinton would be 'traditional' is she wasn't Nixon in a pantsuit.

Trump may be a real estate genius but sheesh. Think about him a Putin in power at the same time! "My d*ck is bigger than yours" is no way to make the world a better place.

Sanders is a socialist which could be interesting since he'd only be the President and all real power rests with Congress as it should. My problem with him is there is nothing like enough money to do all the 'free' this, 'free' that he's talking. You could confiscate - take, not tax, the accumulated wealth of 'the rich' and big companies and not have more than 6 months cash to support current federal spending much less all the stuff Sanders wants to 'give' us.

Rubio is young but so were W and Obama.

As for no foreign policy experience, how much did Bill Clinton, George Bush or Obama have when they took office? None - all three of them got to the Presidency with no more foreign policy cred than a waitress at the International a House of Pancakes.

We are so screwed.

I'm back with you Gunkid. Trump is not declining like Guiliani did. Now Rubio seems to be bowing out.

I will refrain from making any more projections until 2016.

At this point in 2008, Hillary was battling Howard Dean to become the Democrat nominee. Barack Obama was just a guy that made a hella speech for Bill Clinton a few years earlier.

The unknown factor in polls at this point is candidates dropping out, and then supporting the party nominee. It's hard to tell what percent of a candidate's current backers will later support whoever their guy (or gal) throws their support behind after quitting the race.

I'm still waiting for some Mexican hotel maid to show up with a love child of Trump's. It happened to Ahhnold.

Trump's so far out in front that they'll have to either kill him, or threaten him, like they did Perot. If I was Don, I'd decline Secret Service "protection". Why let so many potential enemy thugs so close to you? He can afford and he'd better HAVE plenty of his own protection team.

Trump as president would be the biggest mistake America could ever make. And that's an irrevocable fact.

Get used to Hilary or Biden if he enters.
Trump wants to remove illegal aliens which is a good thing. If he can fix our economy then he would be prefect. Hillary or Bernie would be the biggest mistake.

To those of you who are younger and don't know much about these events, we "older" folks lived through all of this and it's true.
When Bill Clinton was president, he allowed Hillary to assume authority over a health care reform. Even after threats and intimidation, she couldn’t even get a vote in a democratic controlled congress. This fiasco cost the American taxpayers about $13 million in cost for studies, promotion, and other efforts.
Then President Clinton gave Hillary authority over selecting a female attorney general. Her first two selections were Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood – both were forced to withdraw their names from consideration. Next she chose Janet Reno – husband Bill described her selection as “my worst mistake.” Some may not remember that Reno made the decision to gas David Koresh and the Branch Davidian religious sect in Waco, Texas resulting in dozens of deaths of women and children.
Husband Bill allowed Hillary to make recommendations for the head of the Civil Rights Commission. Lani Guanier was her selection. When a little probing led to the discovered of Ms. Guanier’s radical views, her name had to be withdrawn from consideration.
Apparently a slow learner, husband Bill allowed Hillary to make some more recommendations. She chose former law partners Web Hubbel for the Justice Department, Vince Foster for the White House staff, and William Kennedy for the Treasury Department. Her selections went well: Hubbel went to prison, Foster (presumably) committed suicide, and Kennedy was forced to resign.
Many younger votes will have no knowledge of “Travelgate.” Hillary wanted to award unfettered travel contracts to Clinton friend Harry Thompson – and the White House Travel Office refused to comply. She managed to have them reported to the FBI and fired. This ruined their reputations, cost them their jobs, and caused a thirty-six month investigation. Only one employee, Billy Dale was charged with a crime, and that of the enormous crime of mixing personal and White House funds. A jury acquitted him of any crime in less than two hours.
Still not convinced of her ineptness, Hillary was allowed to recommend a close Clinton friend, Craig Livingstone, for the position of Director of White House security. When Livingstone was investigated for the improper access of about 900 FBI files of Clinton enemies (Filegate) and the widespread use of drugs by White House staff, suddenly Hillary and the president denied even knowing Livingstone, and of course, denied knowledge of drug use in the White House. Following this debacle, the FBI closed its White House Liaison Office after more than thirty years of service to seven presidents.
Next, when women started coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment and rape by Bill Clinton, Hillary was put in charge of the “bimbo eruption” and scandal defense. Some of her more notable decisions in the debacle was:
She urged her husband not to settle the Paula Jones lawsuit. After the Starr investigation they settled with Ms. Jones.
She refused to release the Whitewater documents, which led to the appointment of Ken Starr as Special Prosecutor. After $80 million dollars of taxpayer money was spent, Starr's investigation led to Monica Lewinsky, which led to Bill lying about and later admitting his affairs.
Hillary’s devious game plan resulted in Bill losing his license to practice law for 'lying under oath' to a grand jury and then his subsequent impeachment by the House of Representatives.
Hillary avoided indictment for perjury and obstruction of justice during the Starr investigation by repeating, “I do not recall,” “I have no recollection,” and “I don’t know” a total of 56 times while under oath.
After leaving the White House, Hillary was forced to return an estimated $200,000 in White House furniture, china, and artwork that she had stolen.
What a swell party – ready for another four or eight year of this type low-life mess?
Now we are exposed to the destruction of possibly incriminating emails while Hillary was Secretary of State and the “pay to play” schemes of the Clinton Foundation – we have no idea what shoe will fall next. But to her loyal fans

That reminded me of Bill's Surgeon General, Jocelyn Elders, who had the most hilarious quote about gun control in history:

"We can make safer guns.....We can make safer bullets."

Yes! It's so simple! We should just make all guns fire soft foam bullets that won't hurt anyone, or maybe a little flag pop out that says 'Bang!' Obviously, that would end gun violence forever.

I'd say that Rubio is more likely to win than any one other person. Because Bush is a dud, someone has to be the establishment guy. But I think an "outsider" has a better chance. It's just that the outsider odds are split up among Trump, Carson, and Cruz.

Rubio has demonstrated himself to handle and deflect attacks well. He's good, but nothing special. He doesn't inspire the same sort of passion as the other three. In any other cycle, I'd think he was nearly a lock. But this is not a normal nomination.

Just my take. History says Trump will probably falter similar to Giuliani and others who had the steam over a year out from the elections. Trump will likely throw his support behind Rubio as well. He'll easily win Florida and coast over any of these current Democrat clowns.
Well, hasn't worked out like I said but Rubio is about to take the support of the establishment Republicans so he has a chance. I was glad to be wrong on Trump. I hope he keeps his course.

A democrat will not win this election.
