Todays Workout

warm up...

hindu push ups 24

bench press

90 lbs * 10

135 lbs * 9

180 lbs * 3

180 lbs * 4 .. left hand is weak

Incline bench press

45 lbs * 20

90 lbs * 10

135 lbs * 8

decline bench press

45 lbs * 20

90 lbs * 10

135 lbs * 8


dumbbell press

3 sets with incresing weights

dumbbell incline press

3 sets with incresing weights

Push ups 2 sets 10 each..no power left

Chest press

2 sets


Can some one tell me how to increse bench press?


stared dermatology treatment for acne scars

:)

one more thing

man boobs have reduced..so as my weights..tummy is gone inside too.

all the things are going fine..i just hope i get rid of those scars...

Decided to make some changes in my life

i need to make sure i pursue them from my heart

1) no sex chats over yahoo with random girls.. if i do it i loose something which is very close to me)

2) no sex chats on okcupid..will not use that site anymore(if i do it..acne treatment will not work for me)

3) be very honest with my GF.(if i dont i will loose her)

there is part of superstition in it...but its the only way works for me..

hello guys time for update

will post my pics soon..

today's workout

1) bench press - started with 41 kg(90 lbs)- (1 kg rod weight) 12 reps
61 kg - 135 lbs 8 reps -- i did this without spotter...
81 kg- 179 lbs 4 reps -- this was with spotter..

decline bench - press started with 41 kg(90 lbs)- (1 kg rod weight) 12 reps
61 kg - 135 lbs 12 reps -- this was with spotter...
81 lbs - 179 lbs 4 reps -- this was with spotter..

incline bench press -press started with 41 kg(90 lbs)- 8 reps.. 2 sets

2) dumbbell press - did incline press with 35 lbs dumbbell -- pretty easy

wanted to do more..but time up...gym closes

started gaining more power on bench...

want to concentrate on shoulder..

posting after a while

Today’s Workout

Squats!

90lbs x 10
135lbs x 7
180lbs x 6
220lbl x 6
265lbs x 3
310lls x 3

Lunges 3 sets
leg extensions 3 sets

i can lift more now

bench upto 225 lbs
squats 310 lbs
doing good back workout

I have lost 10 kg of weight....in 4 months of time

hope i will improve more

Wait, what?

If you do sex chats you:
- Lose something close to you? What does that mean?
- Your acne treatment won't work? What? Why not?

Update

hey guys i was here but i was silent..


reading and learning

my workout today

Bench press 105 kg (230 lbs) *4

before this i did 8 reps with 80 kg

same with decline


for Incline i replaced bench with dumbbell .(15 kg dumbbell )

then chest press 140 lbs 3 sets

dips 14,12,10


in last six months i have lost 10 kg of weight...tummy has gone inside.still room for improvement..

i can lift more and more ...just not loosing fat rapidly..

i ,m hitting gym almost every day...except sat and sunday

enjoying gym..i,m suffering little from wrist injury

my stats are as follow

bench : 100 kg with support and 80 kg without support
squat : 70 kg ...5 reps
deadlift : 80 kg...3 reps
pull ups - 8 reps

Diet : morning 300 ml of milk + 1 fruit
gym : 1 or 2 banana
after gym : 300 ml of milk + whey[ON] + 2 banana ..immediate
after gym reaching home : 3 boiled eggs + 2 banana
office : 2 roti + veggies[sabji in hindi] + 2 boiled eggs / scrambled eggs
office : 2 banana
office : whey +water + boiled eggs/egg frankie..something related to egg or cheese sandwich
home : 2 roti + veggies...

let me know whats your comments on my progress

Great progress Manish...keep up the hard work. Comparing your new pics to your old pics, its like looking at a different person. Dont let up now, in another 6 months you will be a freakin stud!

thanks for every word which your have used.It really means alot to me and inspires me in every way..yeah i have plan for next 1 and half year for gym and workout...next six months along with bodybuilding i gonna work on my hair and style[mainly clothing]..then i will be working on character building..i guess i dont have good character now[i,m doing lot of cheating with woman] ...will work on that..having said that i did workout on my triceps today...

i,m worried abt my diet.i,m eating good..less or ..perfect..can some one please comment on that..

Seated High Row as superset

Dumbbell Bent-over Row 4 * 10 [max 80 lbs] - 4 work sets

First off, congrats on making noticeable progress.

Your diet is still not conducive to weight loss (fat loss) and muscle building.

First your eating WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too many bananas in a day; I think I counted 8 freakin' bananas! Bananas are LOADED with sugar and I know your goal is to get rid of your gut.

The only time i would suggest having a banana is post workout with a shake.

Secondly you need to start tracking your calories, carbs, protein and fat intake. Otherwise your just guessing and won't know how to adjust.

Thirdly not to take anything away from your progress, but when your new to working out and weight lifting your body changes quickly. Then you start to hit a wall, this will most likely happen unless you really tighten up your diet and change your workout routine up.

Are you a vegetarian? I'm assuming you are since I don't see any fish or meat in your diet.

Lastly many people find that their acne is caused by dairy products. Ease off the milk and mix your shake with water and stop eating 8 bananas a day and I bet you your skin will clear up.

You can replace the bananas with good carbs like brown rice, whole grain pasta, sweet potatoes and green veggies.

You also should cycle your carbs throughout the day; have your biggest carb meal for breakfast then go to low carb the rest of the day EXCEPT post workout. By the evening your carbs should be minimal if at all. A keto diet would help tremendously to get you ripped.
