Think about it, a hard working, charismatic and confident person like Barack Obama or Mark Zuckerberg for example are beta´s when it comes to women, you can read all magazines or interviews and it will show it.

There's nothing alpha male per se about being a political leader especially liberal but even conservative now. There's nothing alpha about being a CEO. Several countries have had female leaders and females are placed as CEO. It's for certain we'll have a female US president soon.
