The second husband is one of the nicest people in this situation and he is facing the worst part of it. Not only did he get cheated on but he is most likely going to jail for figuring out he was getting screwed and being the victim.SeymourCake said:

I'm not taking sides on this and feel really bad for the guy but, sometimes the law just does not seem right or just in certain situations. This clearly being one of them.

They are charging this is a "Hack," Most hacks are considered getting into something on a electronic forum without consent. There is no reason how this is considered a "Hack."

This has NOTHING to do with net neutrality. Net neutrality means that service providers and other gateways cannot prioritize or block traffic. That means no censorship and no fast lanes and slow lanes for "priority" customers. Everyone gets treated the same way, like on a public highway.
From what I understand he's being charged under some wiretapping laws that were designed to protect against corporate espionage. I don't know what the hell the prosecutors in this case are thinking but this is complete bullsh*t and its a manipulation of the law.

This guy played the captain save a ho role. Took on another man's kids from a woman he knew was no good hoping he could save her and the kids. Then he had the intelligence [sic] to admit to what he had done. And now want's sympathy for it. He brought it on himself.
Most women would have said, that her husband left his email open. She wouldn't admit to "hacking" into his account. She just happened to walk by and see it there. The even more adroit would have opened it...left it open for several hours or days in another window to have plausible deniability in court of law.

You guys need to understand that this is taking place in Detroit MI, which is near where I grew up and lived almost my entire life. Still have a house there I rent out.
There are two other big things going on right now in Detroit that the prosecutor is working on and one, or both, are influencing this case imo. Ex mayor Kilkpatrick and his fraud and money corruption charges, and also a prostitution case that may or may not involve some higher up big wigs. I can promise you this email case is being brought up and tried because of one of those other two cases....I'm guessing to protect some higher ups that could be implicated if who knows, some emails or phone calls or some other private info was gotten somehow...perhaps illegally. All imo, but this to me screams of a proactive action to protect some other people in those other cases.
So to me this really isn't worth debating, because under normal circumstances, this case would never see the light of day.
