Lol! I hope women all over the country see this and it
scares the cr&p out of them. Next up, a night in the
drunk tank for trying to snoop my phone....

Smh...That's really all I could say.
The second husband is one of the nicest people in this situation and he is facing the worst part of it. Not only did he get cheated on but he is most likely going to jail for figuring out he was getting screwed and being the victim.

This case is so messed up. Sad part is he may get convicted. Good part is if he is guilty he can have the last laugh and ruin her chances of her ever seeing her kids for ruining his life.

Is what she did illegal? No.

Is what he did illegal? Yep.

I'm not taking sides on this and feel really bad for the guy but, sometimes the law just does not seem right or just in certain situations. This clearly being one of them.

I still can figure out how this is illegal.

Guy and wife have pc in their own home yet he gets burned cause he reads an email...really.

They are charging this is a "Hack," Most hacks are considered getting into something on a electronic forum without consent. There is no reason how this is considered a "Hack."

The guy is married and living with her and the damn password is next to the damn computer....thats like putting a key to the safe on a hook next to a safe and saying "Dont use the key."

This should go to the net neutrality as well....its on the internet so anything is fair game just feminist trying to mess with a guy cause she got caught cheating and trying to shift the blame to him.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

This has NOTHING to do with net neutrality. Net neutrality means that service providers and other gateways cannot prioritize or block traffic. That means no censorship and no fast lanes and slow lanes for "priority" customers. Everyone gets treated the same way, like on a public highway.

From what I understand he's being charged under some wiretapping laws that were designed to protect against corporate espionage. I don't know what the hell the prosecutors in this case are thinking but this is complete bullsh*t and its a manipulation of the law.

American boys are so stupid. He "may" does not mean he will. You have no concept of the justice system in America. Most cases NEVER even get to trial. Deals are cut and MUCH MUCH lesser charges are dished out.

This is why sheep get sheared.

This is why the morality police gets screwed in the end.

This is why betas are betas.

This guy played the captain save a ho role. Took on another man's kids from a woman he knew was no good hoping he could save her and the kids. Then he had the intelligence [sic] to admit to what he had done. And now want's sympathy for it. He brought it on himself.

Most women would have said, that her husband left his email open. She wouldn't admit to "hacking" into his account. She just happened to walk by and see it there. The even more adroit would have opened it...left it open for several hours or days in another window to have plausible deniability in court of law.

Did he get screwed? Yes. Is the prosecutor and judges being overzealous? Yes. But did he have a hand in it? Hell yes.

Sheep get sheared.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

Yes, we get it, you don't like Americans...do you have anything of value to add to this conversation?

You guys need to understand that this is taking place in Detroit MI, which is near where I grew up and lived almost my entire life. Still have a house there I rent out.

There are two other big things going on right now in Detroit that the prosecutor is working on and one, or both, are influencing this case imo. Ex mayor Kilkpatrick and his fraud and money corruption charges, and also a prostitution case that may or may not involve some higher up big wigs. I can promise you this email case is being brought up and tried because of one of those other two cases....I'm guessing to protect some higher ups that could be implicated if who knows, some emails or phone calls or some other private info was gotten somehow...perhaps illegally. All imo, but this to me screams of a proactive action to protect some other people in those other cases.

So to me this really isn't worth debating, because under normal circumstances, this case would never see the light of day.

If only the government faced similar punishment for their snooping.

I feel sorry for the guy, but I'm not sure if this is a bad precedent to set, especially because women use this against men much more often. I suspect that it will be selectively enforced in favor of women, in either direction.
