First off, its up to you how you want to live your life. If you want to get it on with a prostitute, thats your business.
A few things disturb me about your story. First off, these women are prostitutes. Remember that fact. They have sex for a living. Unlike pornstars, their job is not regulated by mandatory STD testing.
I'm a senior bio major, currently applying to med school, so I think I have a relatively good knowledge of how the whole STD thing works. The lactating woman is probably your most likely source of infection if you have one. The likelihood is small, but there. HIV is a tricky virus. People who have it usually go 10 years or so without any symptoms. Breast milk is a bodily fluid that contains the virus in infected individuals.
Fortunately, most other diseases appear with strong symptoms in males, so you should notice the other common ones if you are infected.
For the love of god, if you are going to wait "a few months" to get tested, do not have sex with anyone else until you do. You may not think it is a big deal, but the women you could potentially infect will. Think about how much you will hate those prostitutes if you find yourself infected with HIV. I can guarantee you it is not a good feeling. Don't do that to an innocent girl.
All of this does not mean that you are infected. And I totally dont want to rain on your parade. It will most likely just be a really great night to remember. To ensure many future awesome nights to remember for all of us, just be careful.
